I think the biggest question we get asked here is "how long will it take to make the gains I want?" and a close second is "Why am I not gaining?" These questions have been answered thousands of times but I think the information gets scattered about the forums and there is no one place where these answers and questions can be explored together.

How long will it take? Well, this is extremely dependent on a few things. Many men become intimidated by the exercises for fear of hurting themselves. This usually ends up limiting your gains because you are not putting everything in to the exercises. When I first started I gave myself a week or two to become comfortable with the exercises. Once I knew my way around the form and movements of the exercises I started to push the intensity to find my limits. Surprisingly, my limits were much more than I could have imagined. I found I could put quite a bit of intensity into every exercise I was doing without harming myself.

Things that helped me most was the way I visualized as I trained. For instance, when I am stretching my penis downward, I imagine that I can touch the ground. I stretch stronger and stronger as I imagine my penis lengthening closer and closer to the ground. When I stretch upward, I imagine I can stretch to my chin. I will put every bit of effort in to try to reach this imaginary point. In my mind if I am stretching for such a far point, making a small gain is EASY.

When I am jelqing I imagine that my penis is a balloon. My goal is with every stroke to fill my penis more and more with blood. I imagine my tunica stressing itself and breaking down. I imagine that each stroke is expanding me more and more. My ultimate hopes are to increase my girth by at least a half inch before the session end. I really put no time limit on it, I only want to expand larger than the last session.

Keeping goals in check is also very important. Some guys come with expectations that are just not reasonable. If you set your goals too high, too fast you are setting yourself up for failure. It is great to have a final goal but it is important to set mini-goals to get there. It feels really good to make a quarter inch gain in a month and that would be a reasonable goal. Expecting 4" in 2 weeks is just sili. Setting a goal of 4" in 2 years is different and very possible and when the incremental goals are in place it becomes a joyful journey. Gaining 1/2" is much easier than gaining 4" so use that gain to fuel you further towards your final goal.

Belief is also vital, if you do not believe it is working it will not work. This is why accomplishing small goals is so important, they allow you the freedom to believe in something greater. If you were new in the gym and were starting with 11" arms you would know with all your heart that getting bigger is possible, you see it all around you. The same thing applies to Penis Enlargement, look around you, thousands have made the gains your desire so it is possible for you too. If you don't believe, believe that I believe and I will help you get there!

Do not rush yourself! Plan on staying a while and learning more than just how to enlarge your penis. Yes you will gain this here but there is so much more to learn. Any conceivable male improvement is available here. You will not only learn to become bigger in size but in mind too. So many of our members have greatly improved their lives through their involvement here.

Thanks for all the help DLD!! As far as "hard/limited gainers' go (low LOT and BFSF the exact size of BPenis EnlargementL) the goal is to stretch past current BPSF length (with an extender for example) and you believe this is possible? Any recommendations? And what is your opinion of "hard/limited gainers'?

This is the kind of question I am looking for. These are the concerns that men need to express so they can find the true way to battle limitations and stagnation. My LOT was always very low and when LOT theory came out I was pegged as someone who could not gain any more by stretching below my LOT. This was not acceptable to me, I knew there was more to gain there and I was right. I continued following basic stretching, covering all angles and I continued to grow. I did not allow LOT to go on deaf ears, I started to mess around with upward tunica stretching and ultimately found that DLD Bundled Stretched had the potential to change, or shift my LOT allowing for more length below my LOT.

Expressive Stretching also became another incredible method to gain even more length from below the base. I found that when I was able to express internal penis outward (as seen with the PowerAssist, using the ring) I could grab a hold of internal penis and pull it outward. This style of stretching was born after I started studying Mandingos penis and how much internal penis he had exposed.

Remember length comes from 3 major sources and all three should be addressed to maximize gains.

1. Heavy Ligament Stretching as seen in basic stretching. This includes short, heavy stretches that are performed manually. Everything from basic stretching to advanced stretching addresses mainly elongating the ligaments to lengthen the penis.

2. Long Tunica Stretching as seen in ADS work like SizeGenetics Extender. The tunica is very dense and require long periods of medium stress to break down tissue. There is very little elasticity to the Tunica (about 5%) so it needs long sessions to become broken down and permanently deformed to a larger state.

3. Internal Stretching as we explored in Expressive Stretching. ES can be done many ways including using the PowerAssist or LengthMaster, using the Bathmate as in Bathmate Hardcore Stretching and of course by hand with extremely low shaft stretching.

Although it is a very heavy routine it is smart to read through my current routine: SRT there are many excellent points that can be applied to even the most basic routine. SRT addresses not only making the fastest gains but also the best ways to heal while growing.

Would you recommend trying one exercise of each in one routine?

I was thinking about doing the Blue Whale __________ or Upward bundled V - stretch for #2 about 10 minutes

The BTC's for 10 minutes for #1 and then the Total Package Stretch for 5 to 10 minutes for #3.

That sounds just fine. If you want to include all 3 areas be sure to pick one exercise from each group. From the above information you have done this. Now, to keep things interesting, you may want to explore some alternate exercises to use when things become mundane. Keeping the routine fresh and exciting is important.

In my routine, SRT, I use Bathmate Hardcore Stretches as my Expressive Stretching but I can replace those with the PowerAsssist Ring Stretch or using the LengthMaster as a very low attachment. I can also substitute these for manual, low grip stretches, not as effective but they work when I can't access equipment.

With long, tunica specific work I go with the Sizegenetics Extender and UncleJim's Wrap as a healing/light extender when I can't wear the SG. If U am sitting for a long period of time I may substitute the above for LazyAssStretches, which I am still deeply in love with. Although this is not tunica specific it does work as a genius ADS.

Lastly, for ligamental stretching it is still manuals. I can use the Sizegenetics at a high setting but I prefer to keep it manual and use my SG as a healing agent. I still rock all the basic stretches, how can you hit all the angles better? And of course, the big length exercise is DLD Blasters, tried and true.

Basically I am trying to tell you that you should keep it orderly but interesting. Having a variety of exercises will keep the workouts fresh and keep you motivated and gaining.
 
Damn dude , this has made me think .
I've been doing phase 1 from the day i found this site , which is like a month .
I gave up �naked people movies� and switched to amateur just so i learn how to maintain my ejaculation . My penis feels larger/longer , i can feel sweat in between my legs when it rubs on penis which is another way i can tell it grew , i never felt my penis on my thighs before .

Can't stop won't stop .

So with your statement above in mind, my goal should not be to stretch BPSF with an extender past current BPenis EnlargementL (they are the same size and I feel that is what is limiting me).

That is very good, it is best to hit all angles when stretching because you never know where that gain may be lurking. Believe me, after LOT theory came out I thought I would have to change my entire approach to stretching but soon it made much more sense to hit every angle instead of leaving some out because LOT says so. 10 years later I still do basic stretching in all directions, it feels good and it is good practice. Behind the Cheeks are the best way to really hit your ligaments if your LOT is low, once you stretch beyond what LOT sees as 6:00, or straight down, you start to force stretch the ligament. There is no limit to ligament stretching as long as you can stretch further and further back behind the cheeks.

DLD Blasters, they are just the smartest way to stretch the penis without the pelvic floor muscles getting in the way. WHen we stretch, it is a natural reaction for the PFM to tighten and restrict how far you can stretch. It is a protective mechanism set forth to stop injury. For a long time the only way men thought they could lengthen the penis is by surgical means, through snipping the ligament. DLD Blasters made it possible to stretch the penis without the Pelvic Floor Muscles interfering. Once the Reverse Kegel is engaged in the Blasters, the muscles are forced into a completely un-flexed state allowing for you to stretch without limitation.

With any length work the goal is always to stretch beyond your current length. This may not be noticed so much as it is a small increment but over the it becomes longer and longer. The goal is to always push beyond this point with steady intensity. The SizeGenetics makes it very easy to do as the measurements are precise and the device can be set to many different intensities. You will see this rather quickly and when you start adding bars it becomes the ultimate in excitement. With the small incremental adjustments that can be made through various bar sizes and micro-adjustments on the SizeGenetics you can really make this incremental gaining work extremely efficiently.

I do still stress that it is important to also work in manual stretching. The short bursts of intense manual stretching can not be mimicked by ADS equipment. You can assist the stretches using the PowerAssist or the LengthMaster to make them even more intense but they still fall into the short, heavy stretch department.

The same thing applies to girth in the sense that you always want to push to have a closing measurement larger than your normal, even if it is temporary. Gains will be temporary until the tissue permanently deforms. Stay consistent and your will steadily gain with permanence.

Not so sure it was anyone more than it was problems with the version of the software. Since we switched to the new software months ago it has been a nightmare. With the newsiest update things have been pretty stable. The biggest issue now is why the posts are not registering as views. I may have found why but will not know until I have my tech guy on it. I think that that the views are updated as a 'task' that is supposed to happen constantly, we may have it set incorrectly. I hope to fix this this afternoon.

Hey DLD, I am wondering if you can please help me out. I have been using the LengthMaster since February and I started off with this routine

5 Twist stretches to the right and held straight out for 30 seconds each. (about 2 twists)
5 Twist stretches to the left and held straight out for 30 seconds each. (about 2 twists)
5 Twist Stretches upward 30 seconds each
5 Twist Stretches downward 30 seconds each
5 Twist Stretches straight 30 seconds each(footlong stretch)
5 LM Expressive Stretches from the base - 30 secs(footlong)
However i have not made any gains so far with this workout. I have recently started to increase the time to 2 seconds per workout and now I stretch for about 1min 24secs per stretch. Now I am wondering if it would be ok for me to even workout twice a day with the LengthMaster(same workout). I read in one of your posts that you said you used to actively workout out 6-8hrs a day in the past. I am thinking about just cranking up my workout to twice a day as I have the time on me due to my college summer break. I consider myself to be a hard gainer also. Please what do you think?..Thanks in advance
 
My goodness this is an amazing workout and I am floored that you have not gained, seriously! My biggest question would be the intensity you are putting in? I don't want to jump to conclusions but this workout should be giving amazing gains so I lean towards intensity as being a possible reason.

Another thing to explore is when you started, did you start with basic exercises and work up to the LengthMaster or did you start straight off with the LM? If you did not start with the basics, using your hands, perhaps you never learned how much intensity your penis could handle. This is a shot in the dark but I thought I would ask.

Whatever the reason is, we will find it and we will get you gaining. Let me hear the answers to the above and we can work from there.

The intensity I was putting in wasn't as intense as what I have been using in the past month or so. I was kind of careful with intensity because I did not want to yank off my penis..lol..but now I have no fear whatsoever and am ready to go all out in terms of intensity now..even if it means ripping out a new dick...I was really inspired by one of ur posts where u said that when u work out you often imagine stretching your penis all the way to your foot.

In regards to your other question I did start off with basic exercises under Big Al's program and I gained nothing. Tried rotary cranks and a bunch of other manual exercises but none worked out for me. That was my main inspiration for buying the LengthMaster. Thanks for helping me out DLD
