Ok to preface this post I should say I tried Penis Enlargement about a year ago and got an injury almost immediately. After which I gave up altogether.

However I started up again 6 months ago just alot more cautiously. The routine that I have done since then has been:

5 minutes warm up (hot wrap)

30 seconds stretch down, 30 seconds to the left, 30 seconds to the right and 30 seconds up.
Repeat 3 times

10 minutes of jelqing with a lubricant.


Warm down. (I have stopped doing this now after reading a post suggesting warming down was a bad idea for gains)

My starting stats were:
BPenis EnlargementL: 5.5
Girth: 4.1

My current stats are:
BPenis EnlargementL: 6.3
Girth: 4.5


I have been consistent with my routine and have really found that over the last month I have seen no gains whatsoever. I think its time to change up my routine but after experiencing an injury previously with this I am very cautious about how to do that.

Do you guys have any suggestions about the best way to change up my routine and just general advice?

Any help really is appreciated :)

let me first address the warm downs Showers are great for warm ups and warm downs doing jelqing and stretches in the shower helps in gain and elasticity of the penis to expand
most of your gains are going to be done threw blood flow as the key
on a warm down have a wrap ready or some kind of small weight like a bikers passive stretcher bout 1 pound hang of end of glans this helps cement gains
you want to train your penis to fatique it to get gains but not over do it youll feel this at the base of your penis
the wrap keeps it stretched form to heal same as bikers passive stretcher basically a master lock 1 inch hasp

with my Penis Enlargement i changed the noose to a 1 inch fat shoe lace with cord lock really helped in holding penis in Penis Enlargement now wrap on Penis Enlargement where the noose is going to be just behind the glans
light tension every 10 minutes not to overdue it when you start feeling a little tug your set tension is ready for first day tension
overall your excercises looks very good
just one thing i noticed missing DLD brought to my attention while back
if you have the time to constantly use a heat pad use a heat pad to keep your penis warm during the day
heat and blood flow is an important part of gaining

i do have to ask this what was the nature of your injury as was it a macro tear, scaring, thrombosis lymphnode vein
just a curiosity so we can avoid it in the future

days off should be lighter days in routines in DLD's SRT Routine the norm has been on days off lighter excersices
cant forget wraps or master lock hang this will help

now my days go like this
warm up shower
jelqing natrual conditioner bout 10 minutes 3 second bursts
warm down out of shower
dry off
6 AM put on Penis Enlargement for 4 hours
Hang my lock from my penis rest of day sometimes going to bed with it on this cements the 4 hours Penis Enlargement work in
im a month on MOS and have gained an inch pics in my journal signature line first link if you would like to see
stretch marks are looking beutiful showing gains
always measure from pelvic bone behind fat pad to end of penis this will show your length

i hope this has helped your excersices look good just couple things need adjusting
 
Hey dude that's cool you are doing those...hey i'm a 12 year Vet in Penis Enlargement and i've got good gains in the process before injuring myself, but try this routine out I'm sure you'll see the results.

5 minutes warm up (hot wrap)

30 seconds stretch down, 30 seconds to the left, 30 seconds to the right and 30 seconds up.
Repeat 3 times

15-30 minutes of jelqing with a lubricant and every couple of jelqs say 40 or so grab your shaft with your other hand and perform a horse squeeze lightly while adding moderate pressure to your head with your other hand for better expansion. BOTH hands should be working here one on your shaft doing the hourse squeeze and the other moderatly squeezing your head. Hold that for a count of 5 to 10 seconds. Mix BTB jelqing in the equation too these are good to do from what I have found.

Think about purchasing an extender, pump, or hanger and you could check out some of DLD's new stretching inventions they all scientifically work well.

I got all my length gains from hanging weights and using an extender...and I got all my width gains from pumping and clamping. I attributed my erection gains to jelqing, BTB jelqing, and stretches.


ABOVE ALL always do not forget to do your manual routines every day at a moderate usage to encourage optimum blood flow through your unit.
No matter what routine you choose this should be your staple routine every time, and the warming down you could finish with regular jelqs or PC muscle workouts. PM me if you need any further help bro...later

Basically your recommending hanging? that I use hot wraps as often as possible? and that instead of a day off i should have a lighter day in my routine?

If that is so what exercise do you recommend for the lighter day?

When I had an injury my symptoms were shooting pain (nerve pain) on the underside of my penis under the head. This also meant my eq was really bad much less then normal and just generally I thought I had a permanent condition due to my haste in exercising!

the bikers passive stretcher Master lock 1inch hasp is a form of hanging but its hanging your flaccid behind glans after your excercizes keeping your penis from turtling back up naturally your penis is going to want to slinky back with the lock it doesnt allow
it to do that so healing stays in elongated form flaccid

the heat pad keeps your penis warm / you dont want your penis to go cold as healing would look frankenstein looking penis so keeping warm helps with healing and gains

the wrap with ace bandage i found still has circculation adjustments every 15 minutes and made if very purple some embarassing having to get up and circulate and adjust

when i started the Penis Enlargement i used DLD's SRT Routine linked down in my signature line last link i cut all the times in half went lighter with the routines same power just lighter using a scientific principal
like say for example you fall and skin your knee a scab starts to form just an hour later this is our body starting the healing process
so my Penis Enlargement i did till i felt fatique in my base of my penis which wasnt very long bout 2 hours

i keep a journal first link in my signature line with picture details to much to write here if you would like to see my routine there there to be looked at

im 1 month into program since november 31 and ive seen gains in 2 ways im ED and my blood flow has come back now its just training it to keep it and my penis has put on another inch since i first started

i believe in the principle of less is more and by keep a journal im hoping i will be able to show that lighter can show same results quicker with out hurting your penis my gains im happy with

the nerve pain sounds like (scelerosis lymphamatic <- spell check ) the definition of it is when nervous lymphatic nerve becomes inflamed some it can incircle the undersid of the glans which makes for real pain
what i read on this its due to circulation to lymphatic nerve was cut off and it swelled
from the reports it happens to a lot of men not just doing Penis Enlargement but after love makeing or masterbation

so in conclusion i probably my speech sounds degrated and hard to read so i say is do all the excersizes mentioned here and DLD's SRT Routine but keep it lighter in reps and excersizes
once fatique has been reached your body is telling you its done for the day

ohhh yes almost forgot DLD mentioned his tugger i havent used yet but planning on giveing it a try some day when i get the money i like the principle of how it works and you might like to use it better than Penis Enlargement device

Rish if your going to hang weight you may want to visit Bibs website at Bibhanger.com or his forum at Bibhanger.com/forums.

He can give you an idea of how much weight to hang and how many sets you need in order to move up in a safe amount. There are a lot of Vets on here that can potentially give you good information as well so conducting a lot of research on hanging before doing it would be a good option. Conditioning your tissues would be a good move but if you must hang for length gains start out with the lowest amount of weight say 1 or 2 lbs. You can move up in sets weekly once you've conditioned your unit properly...It's a marathon race not a sprint. Gather all the information you can so you know what to expect bro.

For years and years I jelqed they are an awesome manual routine to strengthen erections, but there are various other routines to add in there as well. Yea dude be cool
 
im not actually hanging with a bib as i have a little fear of this kind of hanging
but my master lock and i have a lot of pull to it not enough to hurt or have to wrap just dangle
its showing promise Penis Enlargement is helping the lock just keeps me from wrapping in a elongated healing mission
 
Cool shaggy do what works for you i'm sure you'll get great gains from it very clever idea
 
Do you think having a heating pad on for too long is a bad idea?

Isn't it bad to have a heat source near your balls for a prolonged period? the reason why having a laptop on your lap actually isnt a good idea etc ....

i found a better style heating pad its and animal warmer infared battery operated from a vet supply tech much better with the heat slips over your penis
you dont want high heat just some warmth so that blood can circulate and cure without and healing can began
now your lap tap is pushing out heat of 130f or more of course a lap top is not a good idea to have on your lap read core temp on lap top sometime
you want to keep it at some where around bed cuddle warm give or take a few degrees

a low voltage liquid filled bag of saleen in a blood preasure cuff my do ya the trick
the animal one is of almost same material draw back is battery operated
batteries die but a low voltage splitter like a universal plug might just be what it needs

A heat source heating pad is fine as long as you keep it around your unit 5 -10 mins your good

you can use this battery one just convert the battery hook up to a low voltage electrical plug insert
little soder and wire and create a detachable plug for the battery pack this way it can both be battery and low voltage
i use to solder alot cant remember it all but its relatively easy takes bout an hour to make a crude low voltage work up positive and negative the only thing you have to do is
find what the voltage is to use it / my idea of this DLD is using a 9volt clasp to a low voltage universal plug
