Aesthetics:

Pearly Penile Papules: These are little pimple-like growths that can form along the ridge of your dickhead, usually in a straight line. I've seen some that actually grew to about 1/4" spikes. I am about to start to restore mine!
For the past year I have been taping my foreskin with first aid tape and then pull it over my glans to protect it.
This has brought better sensitivity to my dick head and looks better -not dried out from rubbing on my clothes all day.
