Hey guys, so I haven't checked in online for quite some time. But they do say that good things come in good time, right?

Well I am not here to report anything related to the more typical posts or topics of discussion. However, what I am here to share is that there are many people who report similar concerns to what I have experienced, and many don't seem to get the answers they need.

I am specifically talking about common penile skin health issues such as;

* Discolouration / Darkened Skin
* Loose / Stretched Skin

What I have found is that these matters are not well researched or very well answered.

To put it simply, I have figured this out over the last 12-18 months, I have even tried PRP in that time. I can say I have gained a good understanding of overall penis health - but also, what is not being well discussed or properly understood, such as the above penile skin conditions.

A lot of what people are experiencing is in fact, dehydration of the skin and outer layers of the penis tissue. I find it amazing that not many, not even health care professionals, seem to be discussing or offering any sound advice in relation to this matter.

This isn't just a PE issue, this is a mens health matter as we age, and can also be related to ED problems. The penis is a layered organ, and everything needs to work together harmoniously - and the hydration of the penis layers is a crucial factor. And this hydration is not easily achieved!

So what can you do to help this?

You could try dozens of remedies and skin products, some of which I have also tried similar to what many use (which are often full of nasty chemicals) for face and body in their daily routine. But in fact there is much more to it, including your overall health that also needs to be considered.

Definitely can help also. But what I have focused on is nourishing the penile skin and associated outer layers of the penis.

This improves and lightens the skin tone, helping to restore the overall skin condition as well as stimulating collagen production which tightens and aids skin elasticity.

Are you using hydrocortisone? This is best with skin issues
 
I haven't as I believe it can also stretch skin if used over periods of time.
Well one of the points of PE is stretching the tunica. But I would doubt that the cream would play any part in this.

This is not ideal, especially in the bedroom if you're very active. Anyway in recent months I was thinking it surely can't be just the skin actually stretching, there must be more to it with the skin always seeming dry with a darkened tone etc.

What I have discovered is that what is really happening is extreme dehydration, and keeping the skin well hydrated with the properties of the penis and the penile skin is actually challenging.

The penis has unique properties, the skin doesn't sweat and with things like pumping it can easily dehydrate the skin very rapidly.
 
If you do the ball and lig stretch that skin will be displaced. I never heard of extra skin at foreskin becoming too loose as when you gain girth that area takes up and possible loose skin
 
Regardless the skin when extremely dehydrated can become loose and feel notably stretched, it can take years to stretch ligaments also. I've been trying flaccid stretches for quite some time and it doesn't happen easily.

This skin matter is a definite notable issue for uncut (I've even seen members previously say they're giving up all things PE because if this!) and especially for those with a highly active sex life.
 
I agree that there is a lot of evidence that uncut guys worry about stretching too much/more foreskin and I agree many quit because of it.

It’s hard to find evidence of uncut guys that made big gains, lightening BOSS have/did and now SIM of course and I think he had his concerns at one point.
We know you must stretch skin first it can’t be avoided, but you have to trust the process and believe that you will grow into it exponentially. I also believe due to its elasticity it will shrink somewhat when you quit, I have witnessed this myself after 3 months LM stretching last year.

I don’t have any darkened or discoloured skin at this point.

I need to find a way to fix the dehaydrated saggy skin on my face before I worry about the skin on my penis, it still looks 18 compared to my 45 year old face 😂 and that’s on view to the world.
it’s only my partner that see’s my penis and is quite happy with it.

Eat Omega 3 Capsules. This will help you with dry skin. I had a co-worker with really dry skin. I bought Omega 3 to her, her skin was much better.

If you don't eat fatty fish every day you need to take Omega 3 Capsules daily. That is at least my point of view.

When stretching it's important to stretch the deep tissue and not just the skin.
You should also pull back the foreskin somewhat (when attaching behind the glans), when you are stretching with LengthMaster 3. This is true as well when stretching with only your hands.

Doing expressive stretches then it is not as important to pull back the foreskin. The important thing is that you have a solid grip of the inner tissue when you are stretching. If your grip is only in the skin layer, there is a risk of only stretching out the skin.

Also it's mandatory to do Ball & Lig Stretches in your length gaining program. You will gain faster. And your flaccid hang will be impressive.

The problem is this. If you write something and another brother are then quoting you. Then the quote the brother did will not comply with the post before that you wrote, becouse you have edit that afterwards.

Use preview more, and double check before posting.
