Anything that is lost will come back almost immediately when you start up again. The thing about temporary gains is they have memory and will snap back once training begins again.

The muscles that matter to PE can be trained using Kegels but aside from that the only muscle we are dealing with is smooth muscle that does not really become bigger. The similarities to body building are in the soreness and aching that occurs with fatigue. I think body building also is comparative in exercise structure, like super sets or circuit training.
 
right now i have alot of time to pe
and im trying to get the last 0.6 but no matter what i do i cant gain
now i've got the power assist and i want to try some new things
i have made up this routine and i need your thoughts on it

1. 3 sets of straight up and down, up to right and left, down right and left <= with power assist
3 bundled stretches and 3 sets of 25 rotary cranks

2.1,5 hour sizegenteics

3. 50 dld blasters

4. 1,5 hour sizegenetics

5. 1 set ots hanging on each shoulder and 1 sd

6. 1,5 hour sizegenteics

and ill try to do 600 jelqs at the pm before bed combined with edging (until the 3rd ponr)

do you think this is good or should i try 1 inch in 12 weeks routine

Indeed. It will stretch the tunica allowing more girth. Just be sure to use the 5x5x3
