right now i have alot of time to pe
and im trying to get the last 0.6 but no matter what i do i cant gain
now i've got the power assist and i want to try some new things
i have made up this routine and i need your thoughts on it

1. 3 sets of straight up and down, up to right and left, down right and left <= with power assist
3 bundled stretches and 3 sets of 25 rotary cranks

2.1,5 hour sizegenteics

3. 50 dld blasters

4. 1,5 hour sizegenetics

5. 1 set ots hanging on each shoulder and 1 sd

6. 1,5 hour sizegenteics

and ill try to do 600 jelqs at the pm before bed combined with edging (until the 3rd ponr)

do you think this is good or should i try 1 inch in 12 weeks routine
 
now i just did ots hanging for the first time but i didnt feel much of a stretch
maybe its better to hang sd cause there i feel an almost unbearable stretch during my second and third set
 
Dude, your routine is incredible length based, why would you expect to gain significant girth?
You literally have no Uli's, compression squeezes, ssj, clamping, horse440's, pumping, or any oother really good gith exercises.
Come on dude, use your head!

I could be wrong but based on his title I think he means gain .6" in length before working on girth but again I could be wrong.

Your routine looks incredible and you can make you goal with it. If you are stagnant I suggest going even more intense and aggressive with exercise. Sometimes that little bit can be stifled by our thoughts, a sort of mental block. Look at the ruler and look at how small of a distance it is .7", now believe it is easy and take a more proactive point of view. You can do it! Just focus and believe!

The workout looks good but I have a few questions;
1. Just to clarify, is this a routine that you've been doing for a while but it hasn't worked or one you plan on starting?
2. How many days a week are you planning on or doing this routine?
3. 3 hrs with the SG is good but when you're not doing anything do you use a ADS?
4. And finally, are you giving yourself enough rest time? I've noticed that if I have to miss a day due to work schedule or kids visiting my flaccid is actually bigger and my EQ skyrockets. I guess cause it's not so wore out from the workouts. Everybody has different ideas on rest days but everybody is different.

no today was the first day of this routine and i try to rest maximum one day a week
when i go out i try to put ujw only when i do certain activities i take it off (sport ecc.)

Well like DLD said, go for intensity. I go balls to the wall when I stretch. My ligs are sore when I get done and my hands are tired and then I throw on the SG at full intensity for as long as I can and time will allow. I also wear the UJW but it only keeps you extended not stretched (there's a difference) that's why I'm getting the VLC in hopes of getting more time in the SG due to better comfort and give me an all day stretch not just extended. Good luck and give yourself some time, you'll get there.

Adding time and intensity is the first steps. A routine can remain productive when time is added or intensity is increased. When this no longer works it becomes important to switch to a new routine that is more intense than the last. You can also eventually get the LengthMaster in place of the PowerAssist, this will greatly increase length gains with many ways to do so.

The LM is a great choice if you have the cash. Looks like you may have used up your lig gains, and you may want to add in more stretches that target the tunica and exposing new penis (expressive stretches).

That is the truth, when you run out of intense enough options the LengthMaster is KING, you will never run out with it.
 
So i've been doing this routine for almost 3 weeks and have gained 0.2 Inches in bpel and 0.2 meg
Im happy about the girth but length could be better for the amount of work i've been puttin in these 2 - 3 weeks (7 hours of stretching + extending) but a gain is a gain
Im now going to take 3 weeks off to decondition and then go for another 0.3 inches

BTW. I have done the jelqs only the first week and i think that most if not all have come the first week
So im thinking that if i would continue with the length routine + the jelqing i would make some quick gains but im not sure
What do yall think

A lot of men do what you are doing and there are some clues that deconditioning breaks do help in gains. Finding the right timing seems to have a lot to do with it. Making almost a quarter inch gain in 3 weeks is pretty amazing in my book...keep up the good work.

There's a good chance those aren't permanent gains yet since it's only been three weeks. You might want to wait before deconditioning.

I dont think three weeks are enough to lose gains and throughout my decondition period i'll be measuring
Cant wait till three weeks are over
