I am wondering what you all think about supersetting the Bathmate Hardcore Stretches (BathmateHCS) and the Bathmate Girth Blasters (BathmateGB)....for example:

BathmateHCS
Straight out stretches, each angle 3 sets for 30 sec a set

BathmateGB
Pump 5 minutes, 5 minutes SSJ

BathmateHCS
Straight up stretches, each angle 3 sets for 30 sec a sete

BathmateGB
Pump 5 minutes, 5 minutes SSJ

BathmateHCS
Straight Down stretches, each angle 3 sets for 30 sec a set

BathmateGB
Pump 5 minutes, 5 minute SSJ

Do you feel that this method would simply exhaust the penis to much and result in extreme fatigue and soreness afterwards or do you feel like it could be beneficial to gains?

If the above isn't recommended, would it be okay to do the BathmateHCS first and go straight into BathmateGB afterwards?
 
Try it. Let us know. My foam ring came off or else I would... Just be smart about. if you can't finish all the sets... don't. work up to it.

Sounds very powerful! I would suggest you pick up some penile pumping sleeves, they will make it so much more comfortable than the comfort pad!
 
Alright, i'll give it a whirl and report back with a pre/post workout comparison, how long the gains stick and if there is a pain pattern that persists with it.

Gains will stick anywhere from 4 hours to 24 hours. There will be a certain degree of soreness associated with how intense this routine is but you will get used to that quickly.
 
Just did the routine. It took about 45 minutes to complete and the results were pretty incredible IMHO.

My starting (natural) stats before I began using the Bathmate about a month ago were 5.5" NBPenis EnlargementL and 5.5" EG
Before doing this routine, one month after having used the Bathmate, my stats were 5.7" NBPenis EnlargementL and 5.75" EG (Typing this out makes me amused at how they are nearly identical at any given measurement haha)

Usually, I had been doing the BathmateHCS first, followed by the BathmateGB either right after or a few hours later (depending on my schedule) and would end up with stats around 6"NBPenis EnlargementL and 6.1"EG along with a decent amount of water retention.

After my first trial with this method, which I plan on keeping as my regal routine at this point, my results are as follows:

NBPenis EnlargementL: 6.4"
EG: 6.7"
Very small amount of water retention, nearly 75% less than before

Honestly, I am in absolute shock of the girth. My goal is to cement my girth at 6.75, so my gains help to show me that it is possible for me to do. As for my length, i'm shooting for a cemented length of 7.25-7.5 NBPenis EnlargementL (will decide if I should go to 7.5 once I reach 7.25") so I feel like I am making progress on that, too.

All in all, i'm floored at the results from this routine. Best i've had since starting the Bathmate.
 
If you see it you can achieve it! Bathmate optimizes this statement!
 
Second update:

Length gains from the routine didn't last very long for me, maybe 2 hours. Girth gains stayed around the same until I woke up this morning.

Gonna give it another shot today and see what happens

Just remain consistent, temporary gains will eventually stick but do not get over-obsessed with it. Stick to the script an make the gains as they come!
 
I have been sick the past 3 days and haven't been able to do any Penis Enlargement. I measured myself today (first time i've had this long of a break in-between sessions) and was both happy/frustrated.

My girth has increased .3" over the past 2 months, taking me to 5.75"

My length, however, is EXACTLY the same: 5.5-5.75" (depends on quality of erection)

Why do you guys feel I haven't gained any length, even though I have been performing stretches and exercises for length and girth for the same amount of time?
 
I would add in manual stretching other than Hardcore stretches. Hardcore stretches work internal penis, help loosen and express but it is also necessary to do manual stretching for shaft gains and taking advantage of the new length you are loosening below the surface. Last, I suggest a SizeGenetics Extender for every moment you are not training, this will act to secure the new gains, give you a much longer flaccid and make new gains. All 3 stretching areas should be addressed, Expressive, Shaft and Tunica, to make the fastest length gains.

That makes sense. I was frustrated because I am hitting 175-180 in the Bathmate, which calculates out to 6.75-7", but when I was done and took it off, I was still my normal length.

Would the manual stretches be the ones found in your original hardcore Bathmate stretch routine?
 
I usually jelq or ssj after 1 set of hardcore stretches. That way I get both routines at one time. I haven't been using my Bathmate and I know its gonna suck retraining for the Bathmate.... maybe I can get some newbie girth gains
 
I guess I have 2 questions for you, DLD (or anyone who can answer):

-Which Manual Stretch routine would you recommend combining with the Bathmate routine?

-Would you recommend it be best to do the manual stretches after the Bathmate routine, as you said the Bm routine loosens the inner penis? i'm assuming that means the manual stretches will be able to capitalize on that and access more gain in the long run?

Stretching is best done before girth or at least 6 hours after girth. When the pens is in a state of expansion it becomes difficult to stretch.
 
Great thread and hence why I have stuck it. The subject around super setting following the Bathmate is very important. In the earlier days for me when I used a conventional dry pump I would do various other sets afterwards and that helped with the gains.

In my own experience personally I have seen a good stretch several hours after a pumping session. I would stretch always with the foreskin pulled back, gripping underneath the glans and so this prevented any distortions in the skin from the fluid because if you grip with skin over the glans or for those not cut around the shaft you can have odd shapes appear in the penis as the fluid gathers around the stretch indentation from where the hand was gripping.

Once the stretch is applied for me I can sense a better stretch for the entire penis, especially the tunica and chambers. I see it as once you have pumped the penis and thus fatigued it, knackered it out with intense expansion with maximum volumes of blood then afterwards its like putty ready for you to work with ... makes no difference if you stretch it. The penis seems to be more loose, less tight and shy like it is sometimes when I'm un-pumped.

Everyone is different, as DLD suggests he does the stretching before a pump session so try and see what works best.

All I have been doing for the past week is 800 to 1000 PC's...my workout consists of first 10 minutes of jelqing then about 40 minutes on the Bathmate doing 3 or 4 sets of 6 minutes on 1 minute off and my last set is full blast for as long as I can stand it and finally I do another 10 minutes of jelqing...I will probably work my way up to 2 of these sessions. Yeah strictly girth right now but while Im in the Bathmate I do play around a lil doing stretches and PC squeezes...So I'll see how this works for me...Nice thread man...

Most definitely...my temp gain are starting to maintain until the next workout. After posting here I read about SRT....that is 100% correct, I mean if you really think about the body is not meant to be restricted in anyway, hence the overwhelming majority of ppl with back problems which stem from wearing shoes,,,,period lol.

Anyway....Bathmate is the shit! Jelqing and doing kegels are a staple!
