Its a balloon. We have lots of test results reported to confirm this theory.

For 2 years now we have had excellent results reported using the Bathmate. Now more using penomet. The users report actually seeing their penis expand inside the tubes under high suction. Both length and girth. The penis expands in length and girth in the same way a balloon does. Lower pressure outside causes it to inflate with blood, vs high pressure inside causes a balloon to inflate. Otherwise its the same mechanics.

So 5x5x3 routine we expand the penis tissues, the ligs and tunica both are softened. Then we smash the tunicas with the SSJs. Then we pump and expand more... repeat. Finally the last pump suction inflates the softened tissues as much as possible. Hopefully we. Heal expanded with a clamp or cockring and begin cementing today's incrimental gains today.

hmm it would be great if a large scale bathmate study were to be performed/led by an outside non-biased group like has been done with penis extenders in the past. Studies like this are the only thing that will eventually lead to PE not being so hush hush and just flat out seen as impossible. everything now is unfortunately anecdotal.

Now i just want to add i myself do believe in the positive results achieved with the BM by various members here but for anything to progress out of our small world here...outside sources need to enter the picture

There are also study results that show the elastic rope like quality of the penis that can be manipulated for gains with stretching. The only official study results being with an extender. Though plenty of individually subjective reports exist on this and other forums supporting the validity of manual stretching as well for length gains.

I think both theories carry weight and both make a lot of sense. I think it depends on the state of the penis at the time and/or the type of training happening at that moment. pumping...jelqing...clamping...etc=balloon. manual stretching...LengthMaster...PowerAssist...Hanging...etc=rope. Now these aren't set in stone and can cross over one another.

what are your thoughts when someone makes gains with stretching only and no girth/balloon type exercises. are you 100% balloon theory or do you believe in crossover? And i also lean away from using the word rope b/c the cock has elastic/stretchy qualities. such as a deflated balloon or many other things

You are correct. I think that hangers will also vouch for the fact they gain girth, mostly base girth, but they do gain it when only hanging. The penis whether it expands or elongates will always benefit both height and width due to volume, a measurement we used to use but have not seen in a while. Volume would determine how much you have gained taking into account all measurements.

I have noticed that when i have my LM sessions i can feel certain engorgement too ...

yup i rmemeebr i had gained like an inch in a week when i was working on girth and length both.....but now by doing only length my gains have really slowed down...
 
Length and girth complement each other ..if you do length work you will gain girth,even a tiny bit,especially at base , and if you do girth you will gain a little bit of length too...

I don't think there are exercises for PURE length or girth :)
 
I would assume extenders and hangers create base girth because since the penis goes inside you, its almost like doing a flaccid/semi-erect bend from the base of your penis which is a common girth exercise, theoretically if you used an extender/hanger with an assisted A stretch type of setup towards the middle of the penis perhaps you could gain similar girth in this location. Two birds with one stone.

This is correct. It also relates to Expressive Stretching and how the base girth pulled forward is thicker than what was there originally and this is why covering all parts of PE are vital to keep things in good symmetry.

Thanks Red! It was a great article that I point to at least once a week. Brothers can get an understanding of how complimentary girth is to length and him complimentary length is to girth.

Today we can also include the understanding that the Tunica needs to be prepped before we even begin to train using Bundled Stretches. This pre-Stretch allows for so much greater gains. I always knew there was something more to Bundled Stretching than just length gains. And BOOM! There is was!

After years I realized how limiting the Tunica was but I also knew Bundled work would eliminate theses limits. Today it has allowed many Brothers to gain who have never gained before and men who were at plateaus were able to break through. Eventually they became a staple in all PE users exercise list.

It is amazing when theory and method can translate so perfectly with experience and gain. When this happens we make a great stride in the work we do.

Prove it as I have had to prove. Pictures and measurements and a third party verification. Proof is very hard to illustrate in this business but I have managed to do this in many ways through multiple media sources. Allowing people to measure me so I could ‘prove’ pe worked. Nobody’s proven anything as much as I have so please, If you can make the gains I’ve made and proven using a clamp and nothing more, prove it.
