roids are very dangerous so watch your injection spots and make sure you don't do a long cycle cause your sperm count will go way down if you stay on too long you run risk of it staying low permanentaly. Good luck and I Hope you achieve what you plan to.

Pokey i'm 33 with 3 kids, low sperm count doesn't bother me lol,my son was concieved on a cycle.ive done probably 300 shots over 2 years and never had a problem,i get comprehensive blood work done regulary and never been any problems yet.

I'm well aware of the risks and roids are less dangerous than alot of otc meds, asprin and paracetomol are resposible for alot of deaths each year,i would be suprised if you can find one case of someone dying as a result of using gear, bare in mind that they are now using test to give middle age men there youth back, aids patients are often give aas to help prevent muscle loss.

Im not lifting to be healthy,i use them for the same reason most people use AAS to be bigger and stronger.

Whats the point in training if you don't compete?

I love being in the gym. i'm not big enough to compete and that's good you were able to conceive on cycle guess i'm wrong about that thnx for setting me straight. I'd love to compete some days but my uncle had a heart attack while on roids so i'm apprehensive about them.

like i said to get healthy, but bro you dont need to juice to get bigger and stronger

Pokey i had an uncle who ran the local weightlifting club in the village in which i live back in the 50s,he was obviously natural but died from a massive heart attack at age 36,unknown to him he suffered from hereditary heart disease, point being a person can develop heart disease cancer ect anyway just because they use aas doesn't mean that is the cause, though in your uncles case it may well have been as AAS raise bad cholesterol and lower good cholesterol levels while on cycle, that is one reason to have regular blood work done.

No you are right roids do lower sperm count dramatically but it is still possible to concieve while on cycle, problems arise when dosages get sili.

Im2manly weight lifting is a very poor choice for keeping healthy, low imact cardio and a vegitarian diet and maintaining a low bodyweight are the best way to be healthy.

You are right you do not need to use gear to get bigger and stronger but after over 10 years of training natty gains become negligible,so the option is to keep training natty and see little results or move on to the next level, its strange how some guys will take any sup in the world thats otc to make gains but shake there heads in disapproval at someone who uses aas.Superdrol is an example of an otc sup that lots are willing to use because it is legal, well in the uk it is,yet it is technically a steroid and has worse sides than most other aas.

whats the difference between artificially raising creatine levels by supplementing with 10-20g of creatine a day and raising testosterone levels by supplimenting with test, they are both done for the same reason to make gains.

how much muscle mass have you gained after steroids? You got any before and after pictures and also have you ever competed? If so how'd you do.

Before you think of using gear you need to have your diet and training spot on,lean gains are down to diet rather than the gear used, saying that some meds do help give a harder apperance as long as bodyfat is reasonably low, winny, tren.

I'm guessing you live in the states so prices will be higher there compared to the uk,simply because of the legal crap you lot have to put up with.

You are best of sticking to one compound at a time to see how you react, any sides,if you use multiple meds straight of and get any bad sides you won't no which compound is to blame.

Tren for instance is excellent, strength gains, gives a hard vascular look but it has some nasty sides, sweating being the worst and can make you quite irritable.

A simple cycle would be 500mg test Enanthanate a week for 8-10 weeks, you could either frontload the first week, this means 1000mg the first week or use an oral for the first 3-4 weeks,Dbol at 25mg ED.

If you are in the states then Cypionate seems to be prefered over Enanthanate.sides are normaly water retention which if to bad can be minimised by using Arimidex at 0.25 0r 0.5 ED,acne can be a problem for some and gyno is possible but again Arimidex can be used.

If you do decided to start a cycle then do a lot of research first, also be aware there are a lot of scammers out there,if you need info on how to find a good source were you live i can tell you a very simple way to find out.

ya well so far as doing a cycle its very debatable. I compete in natural bodybuilding, and so far i havent had any problems bulking up, while cutting down has been a lil bit of a hassle. I cant seem to go below 6% bf. Even in bulking, I cant go above 203 lbs. For some reason thats the EXACT weight i plateau on and nothing happens anymore i just stop. I'm 5"11 in case your wondering, I'd post some of my pre contest pics but I dont seem to have the privilages.

and you're correct, diet and nutrition are extremely important.. for me rest seems to be just as important.

Have you tried getting a custom made diet plan made for you?

Out of curiosity what is your comp weight?
