Hello, everyone.

I've been browsing the forum about the occurence of shrinkage during a workout and have come to the conclusion that there is very little one can do about it. The shrinkage of your junk when you workout is a natural response of your body, in order to make your workout more effective.
So, I'm aware I probably will never stop shrinking after/during a workout.
My question is if anyone here has experienced that their shrunk size got bigger through time as a result of their PE?

I can honestly say that I have never experienced shrinking during a workout. I did experience it post workout in the very beginning of my training journey but that was way before I started wrapping after my length workout and now I never allow myself to turtle.

Just for the sake of clarity, though, when I refer to workout I'm actually talking about exercising (as in, going out for a jog, or doing some bodyweight exercises, for example). Were you talking about the same kind of workout or were you refering to the PE workouts?

Hmmm no. Possibly could happen with flaccid gains.
 
Can't say for sure, maybe the turtling has become a bit less during / after excercises. I mainly just play Stepmania on a metal pad. Usually I combine a PE workout after an exercise session. (From what I recall, one of the original uses of Bathmate was to target the turtling effect after weight lifting and other sporting activities.)

Interesting topic anyway, I've never done "hard" measurements about shrinkage after workouts, but of course I've felt the effects.
Really depends about the type of exercise as well I think, the percentage of shrinkage. I should at times just focus my PE sessions for PE solely, but I really enjoy making a combo of different things.

Oh yeah sorry bro , I was referring to a PE workout.
 
short answer yes, my minimum size when turteling is still bigger than before starting PE by a long shot also with methods that train flaccid size like ace wrap or lazy ass stretch you can increase it even more
 
Get married to the ace wrap to avoid shrinkage of any sort.
 
Before PE I was an extreme 'turtler' after any workout that was intense enough to break into a full sweat. I swear that I'd shrink to 2" or even less, so I'd avoid any public shower if at all possible. The BM and my routine have greatly reduced the amount that I shrink, but it still occurs. I'm probably closer to 4 inches after hard exercising.

Thanks. I do get the idea behind the ace strap, and I believe it might be great for results. The thing is I like to run in running tights... while freeballing. Wouldn't an ace strap be too visible? :D

That is great to know. You think you got those particular gains mainly from hydromax or some other kind of exercise? Thanks.

Yep, and in the last 30-40 days I've added about 20 minutes per session in my LM
