I posted this a while back as a blog entry here on MOS. It was just a short ‘teaser’ post with the rest of the post linked to my clamping forum. I took down my forum after a few months though because I just did not feel like keeping up with it.
Hand strength and better girth workouts.
Think about it. If you are a girth trainer, you need a strong grip. Especially with exercises like the ''Uli'' squeeze and ''horse'' squeezes which require a strong squeeze and for it to be held for 30 seconds or longer with a tight grip. Even DLD’s famous Slow Squash Jelq requires a strong grip. The leading cause of low intensity with these exercises is of course muscle fatigue in the hands, or just a weak grip in general. Even a man who ''thinks'' he is strong because he has a big bench or a strong dead-lift often has a WEAK GRIP. How do you remedy this? Simple! Get stronger hands! ''How do I get stronger hands?'' You might ask. One very effective way is to directly TRAIN for grip strength with a tool such as the Captains of Crush brand of grip trainers. I use them myself and have been amazed at how much grip strength I have gained over the last year of using one. I use the "#1 Gripper", I believe there are 9 different models in different calibrated levels of resistance. The #1 requires around 140lbs of force to close the handles completely together. For most men who are not weight trainers like myself, and for Penis Enlargement purposes, the “Sport” model would probably do just fine. This model takes around 80lbs of pressure to close. These are not your daddy’s black plastic handled grippers that cost $2.00 which you click out mindless sets of high reps with. These are made for building strength, and you will only get low reps with them. I’ve been using my #1 gripper for a year or so now, and still only do sets of 8-10 reps. When I first got it, I could barely close it ONCE. http://www.captainsofcrushgrippers.com They’re only about $20 each and well worth the small investment.
Anyway, a stronger grip will definitely help in your Penis Enlargement efforts. Sure, your grip will get slightly stronger from Penis Enlargement alone, but just like your penis adapts over time to Penis Enlargement, the muscles in your hands and forearms also adapt, and you soon need to reach a higher level on grip strength to be able to put more effort into your Penis Enlargement squeezes. Hope this post helps a few of you out there.
 
Gripping strength is without a doubt essential in Penis Enlargement and therefor it is good to work on the grip. But keep in mind that the affected muscle group is very small and because of this it is very easy to get injured, so people, DO NOT OVERDO IT! You will end up with tendonitis which is very painful.
I once had a #3 in my hands and I could swear I thought it was not possible to close this thing. Well, there is a Swede who fully closed a #4, but I think at this point one shouldn't do Penis Enlargement because it will more likely result in an injury.
 
Tennis Balls are great too or one of the smaller stress balls....Just keep it handy and squeeze throughout the day. There are those guitar strengthening tools too that train the hand, I will try to get a picture of my bros and post it.
 
Captins of Crush grippers rule! I am about 1/4 inch away from being able to close the #1 gripper all the way. I've got a #2 that I also train with, and it is damn near impossible. Definitely something to work up to.

About the overtraining, one thing they say on their website is that if you get seriously into grip training, you need to make sure you work the opposing muscle groups. It's like overtraining your pecs without doing back work, you can get unbalanced, and maybe injured. So they make these industrial-strength rubber band looking things that you put on your fingers, and they strengthen the muscle you use to open your hand. I think as long as you're balanced like that you should be OK.

Yep, gotta keep in mind just like other strength work, not to overtrain. Always work in off time too. Smaller muscle groups like the hands, forearms, calves for example all recover quite quickly...but still need time off. I wouldn't work any of them more than M/W/F.
 
Yes, Grip Training with proper gripper like the ones from Ironmind is serious business. It’s not like the cheap plastic ones that you can squeeze endlessly. So in addition to what have already been said above the following points are very important.

1. You have to treat it like a proper workout, so very important to warm up and stretch your hands and wrist properly .

2. Learn to set the gripper properly, so as to get the maximum leverage etc...

3. Chalk, helps to prevent the gripper from slipping in your palm.

4. Hand Contrast baths between workout help speed up recovery time.

5. Also, as already pointed out by some members, the gripper targets the flexors, so extremely important to train the extensor as well to avoid imbalances. You can train the extensor with some cheap elastic bands; add more bands for more resistance.

Anyway hopes this helps some of you guys. Lastly, Paul Knight-the real deal in gripper world.
 
CoC grippers are without a doubt no.1 grippers in the world.I think i will close #3 CoC in the next few months.I will post a video if i manage to do it.Been using it for a year and a half now.

Bumping a very good thread here. Maybe more guys will take it to heart. A weak grip means a poor girth workout. Think your grip is strong? Spend just $20 on one of these grippers and then report back! I used to think I had a strong grip until I actually began training grip strength. When I first got my #1 C.O.C. grip trainer I could not close it once.

true about the ladies for sure lol. grip endurance is probably most important as the large majority of men have the strength to perform all manual girth exercises but will succumb to grip fatigue mentioned in the OP.
 
Men will become stronger with every workout they do. The muscles we use in the hands and arms for PE and muscles we previously were not used to using in the capacity we do. So once you start PE these muscles may be weak but after a couple months of doing PE they become stronger and stronger.
 
They make some clever devices to strengthen grip. Hand clamps are great to increase strength and also check out guitar finger strengtheners, these will also greatly increase grip strength. Or bite the bullet and grab a LengthMaster that does all the gripping for you.
 
Rough hands suck for pe lol. I should keep my hand in a rubber glove like the guy from mice and men
 
I use a very tight ring for edging. It's kinda perfect because of the slight elasticity allowing more in with a kegal but less out due to the tightness. It's safer than clamping and the results speak for themselves. Everyone should try it at least once.

That is exactly what you want, slight elasticity, just enough room to ket in blood but no so loose that you lose blood. For me the best rings for this are the multi size pack or the cheap black latex rings. They usually come 10 to a pack fro around $8.

I use no rings or any stuff like that for edging, moreover it's not edging anymore, it's ballooing now, cuz I've found sensitive place on penis which keeps me erected and horny, so I just pumping up with PC and it looks huuuge during that time LMAO

I believe that's the frenulum you've found.

Is that with a uli or something else. Sans Viagra I don't think you can actually gain through just getting erect. You are probably just seeing what your maximum eq looks like.
