Many of you guys have heard of hidden penis or turtle syndrome where the penis, although decent in size when erect, has a tendency to retract and the result is a smaller than desired flaccid size. This can be frustrating and sometime embarrassing.

There are many things you can do that will help train the penis to stay at an extended flaccid size. For me it was a combination of stretches but mainly multiple sessions daily was my salvation. This brought my flaccid size very close to my erect, non-bone pressed size.

The 3 main exercises I did were as follows:

1. Piss Pulls: This is when you do a quick stretching session every time you hit the bathroom. I like to do a mini-basic stretching session from the newbie routine.

1 Straight up stretch held for 60 seconds
1 Straight Down Stretch for 60 seconds
25 Rotary Cranks Straight Out

This takes a total of 5 minutes and no one will know any better.

2. Ace Strapped:
Using a ACE bandage in a completely flaccid state wrap your penis in a stretched position from base to tip. Keep it wrapped for 15 minute intervals and re-wrap to keep blood flow good. This can be worn all day as long as it is re-wrapped every 15 minutes to promote blood circulation.

3. When I am going to be sitting most of the day I opt for LAZY ASS STRETCHES: In a standing position I grab my penis from the back by the glans and stretch it as far as I can to the extreme right...once I am sure of the stretch being very stong I sit on my penis with the right butt cheek...once in seated position with a simple adjustment in seating angle the stretch can be intensified to varying tighness. I sit with my penis to the right for about 15 minutes...undo the stretch and return good circulation then set it up to the left. If time allows I do these for 2+ hours. I also found these to be a very good pre-cursor to Blasters.

If you practice these easy methods your flaccid size will become trained to stay extended and these results will be very quick.
 
Those all sound really good ways to keep flaccid length. I was wondering whether these would make the penis look girthier than normal in a flaccid state, sounds like it would just be lengthwise though<:(

Also, I'm talking to any English guys here, but does anyone know if there is an english equivalent for the ACE bandage, or whether they sell it in the UK as well. If so, where would I be able to get some of this, because it sounds like keeping the penis stretched with one of these all day would also contribute towards erect gains, which would be great. Any thoughts?

Yes, these short stretch sessions throughout the day also help maintain my girth. When I do these regularly my bulge is unreal, mainly because of the girth--which stays at 6+ inches most of the day.

Plus mini-dry jelq sessions throughout the day will also keep flaccid girth up.
 
Yeah I've noticed the flaccid girth increase especially by doing the lazy ass stretches, but why do you think this would be? Surely stretches target length exclusively especially the lazy ass stretch because it is a purely lig based exercise, so why would people notice an increased girth?

Not that I'm complaining...:p

The pressure from sitting on your penis will expand the chambers in itself. Also the stretch, at the base, will increase base girth.
 
What a great exercise. I thought it was just useful for length and because of how easy it is but with those two extra benefits it sounds even better. One question though: do you think that the flaccid gains that you can get from this translate into erect gains, ignoring other parts of the routine. In other words, it is possible to gain purely from this exercise in the same way it is with simple manual stretching?

I guess it depends on the individual. In my case, all the stretches resulted in more girth--flaccid and erect. My greatest gains in BPenis EnlargementL came early on from a combined jelq/stretch routine.

Any flaccid gains will eventually equate to erect ones, it is all consistency. I created this workout strictly for flaccid gains but this does not mean that the gains will not materialize as erect ones. Also, when I developed this workout my main goal was to have a penis enlargement workout that would be independent and allow me to do other tasks.

I thought about this for a time, and started experimenting. Being single and frugle, I asked for a sewing kit for Christmas. I got some needles and thread as a gift, and set out on sewing an Ace bandage into a tube that fits snug enough to hold a good flaccid length, but not tight enough to constrict to the point of the glans getting cold or changing colors. I first worked with 2 strips of 2" bandage sewn together, but went out and got some 4" and 6" widths. I got the cheap Walgreens's knockoff brand, and found it far too inferior to the Ace brand. So I just purchased the 4" to start off with.

Anyway, here's what I do:
1) I cut off about the first inch of the bandage because it seems to have a rubber seal to keep it from unraveling, and it's a pain to sew through.
2) I measure 2 3/4 inches, and make a mark. I use this as the inner diameter of the tube.
3) I measure 5 3/4 inches, mark and cut. This will be enough to wrap a second time around. For those wondering about my math, the extra 1/4 inch accounts for the thickness of the bandage ;)
4) I transfer my 2 3/4 mark to the other side of the bandage, so both sides are marked. This will help when lineing up the ends when stitching.
5) Starting from the end where I intially measured (the '0' end), I roll the bandage into a loose roll, with the end of the bandage lined up with the mark on the backside. I use a couple of pins to hold it there.
6) I stitch the end of the bandage to the middle of the roll, keeping the stitches about a 1/4 inch back from the very end. If you stitch at the very end first, you'll end up just fraying out the bandage!
7) If I have enough thread, I'll stitch the very end to the bandage for looks, and to keep it from fraying.

Ok, the easy part is done. Now for the more difficult parts (which aren't too bad really):

8) I turn the whole tube inside out, so I can stitch the '0' end to the rest of the bandage.
9) Much like step 6, I stitch the end of the bandage to the middle of the roll, keeping the stitches about a 1/4 inch back from the very end.
10) For comfort, and to keep the inside end from unraveling, I stitch the very end as well.
11) Turn the tube right-side out, and you're done.

If my camera still worked, I'd take pictures of the process, and the final product. If you want to try this, experiment a bit with the lengths. I have just a bit over 5" in erect, mid-shaft girth. Some of you thicker fellas may want to start out measuring and marking at about 3", and 6 1/4" for the cut.

I found "DLD:s 3 step for flaccid length" in a old post a couple of weeks ago. I do step 1 and 3 (2 is replaced with extender use). This has really worked nice for flaccid length. There is some mystique about flaccid length, it´s not static and it seems possible to "gain"/"stretch it out for awhile" without gaining erect length.
So sometimes flaccid length and erect length is not very connected with eachother.
This is a great flaccid workout (thanks DLD). Flaccid length is important for bulge, rumours among women(from naked swimming in pools at parties/locker rooms), Multi-level rumours and a lot of other areas.
