Do lots of kegals everyday. You can also try some length exercises I found doing length work and legals helped my eq a lot.eat fruits and veggies. Try to cut back from cholesterol. Bacon blonnie, McDonalds. You don't want to eat unhealthy. Any time you are weight trainning or doing some kind of exercise try to only take 30 second breaks and try to get 1-2 hours of exercise at least 5 days a week to keep your hgh, testosterone and hormones going. Make sure you get the sleep you need as well. Its also important to do something relaxing as well maybe yoga works well for you or a nice walk to your favorite spot. Its also important to practice breathing from your stomach and breath proper to keep oxygen throughout the body. Best of luck!
 
I don't eat as healthy as I would like - but I do get a good amount of veggies. If I look at my diet and decide I need the extra protein, I like to add berries to a shake for the nutrients - otherwise I avoid most sugars, including much fruit. I'll occasionally grab a couple McChickens when I'm stuck in town, but I don't eat a lot of fast food. My stress levels are quite tolerable, and I've always been good at letting any stress just wash off - except in this mess with the ex-wife. Back to normal now. I'm also a vocalist, so I have plenty of experience with proper breathing and abdominal support.

I've been taking a few minutes during breaks at work to stretch muscles, which has significantly helped the shin-splints I was getting when I skate. I try to skate for a few hours at least once a week, and I have a short workout I do at home with a 50lb anvil and a pull-up bar. I've been told that when going for strength or size gains, long sessions every day is counterproductive for many people - especially ecto-meso guys like me. In the past I've worked mostly on one-set-to-failure because it's fast and it made a huge difference in a matter of a few weeks.

Speaking of huge changes. I did some basic stretching work and some jelqs today. I went from so wimpy that my 1.125" neoprene cock rings slid down my pantleg to full enough flaccid that they wouldn't fit. Felt good. Just not sure how to maintain that when I'm busy at work! :p

As some have already said, lot's of kegels bro, lot's of them. Edging could work too, but I am not big on that because for most guys that requires the use of ����, which I am completely against as I think it creates more problems then edging can help (just my opinion, not everyone on here will agree).
 
If you want to go all night, look into trying Pau Yuen Tong Balm. I started using it two years ago, and I wish I found it 20 years ago! This true. Pumps in general were originally created to facilitate harder erections for men who were impotent. The secondary benefit was realized later that pumping enlarges the penis. Things have come so far now with the BathMate.
 
It's been a while, time to update.

On the PE front, I've been doing a series of long stretches in the morning, no particular routine because it depends on how much I can handle, and jelqs similarly. I was getting some capillary bursting so I cut back on that part. Also, a quick stretch and massage to between semi and hard every time I use the restroom. It's made a big difference in the shrinkage I was seeing. I've also stopped wearing boxer-briefs so much, going mostly commando in loose jeans. I ordered the X40 and it should arrive on Monday. Fitness-wise, I feel like I'm doing a lot better, though I don't see any difference really. Awesome, try to do the bath mate with a full erection and you will get the best expansion. I would do ten minutes and if you do not get fluid retention do the full 15 min ur next session. If u get a bad doughnut/fluid retention try doing shorter sets with jelqs. Congrats on getting a new girl it sounds really exciting :)

I like a bitty of space when doing BathMate work. I feel like 95% -90% is best for me as far as expansion goes. I will start out at 100% but I always subside to 90-95%.
 
I probably could have done better with the X30. Oh well, water under the bridge. I can't imagine how anyone could need the kind of size the X40 provides. It looks like it could pump a horse.
