The title says it all, so here it goes.

I knew about penis enlargement from 2006, I was in high school at the time and I measured NBPenis EnlargementL: 4" and MSEG: 4". Then I went to the forums and was very disheartened about the average size being close to 6". So I was determined that even if it takes me 5 years I am gonna get 7" length and fuck every woman in the world (teen hormones).

Well welcome back my man! First off get comfortable with your current size. It's YOUR penis so be proud of it! You can't go your whole life embarrassed by what you consider small. When I started I thought my penis was tiny. Through Penis Enlargement I've become more comfortable with myself and I've grown to accept and love my penis, it's truly liberating.

ctm also put it well; relaxation is one key. You mentioned about kegeling a lot; relax more, do some reverse kegels as well. Kegels are essential to growth and all, but it's a muscle so you must give it a break as well.
Take your time when you are giving yourself some loving. Edge, learn your point of no return, breathe deeply. Learn what triggers you to ejaculation. Most of the times it is mental.
If it's physical, there are some supplements and drugs to prolong your time, but try first without them. I don't know if you're uncut or cut, but I feel that using a lubricant during self service is "closer" to the real deal, where there is moisture included.


You're goals are doable! But one thing I must mention; the bigger head is sometimes preferable. Actually, when it comes to evolution, impregnation and such, a bigger penis head is considered better! Now since your penis has no conditioning, you should realize that you must start from the bottom and work your way to the more and more intense exercises. Before I tell you what routine you should follow and where you should start- I must tell you that gains come slowly and with time. It takes time, hard work and a ton of DEDICATION to succeed in Penis Enlargement (and this goes for any aspect of life as well). Do not set your hopes too high at the beginning. Set a goal of gaining an inch in a year or so and either be surprised and see that you have gained even more in that period of time or just see that your goal has been accurately achieved. This routine will not only get your penis stretched in different angles to give you maximum starting gains and give you mastery over the mother of all girth exercises (I believe this is said to be the first Penis Enlargement exercise documented), which is a very effective exercise as well, but will also condition your penis so that you can move on to the more intense exercises and therefore get more and more gains without hitting a plateau. Do not risk doing more intense exercises until you are conditioned and have at least a few months of Penis Enlargement behind your back. They might be more effective and more intense, but if you damage your penis, you’d have to stop Penis Enlargementing for some time (depends on how severe you injured yourself). That being said- I believe this is all you should know for now.


I think this is not all that bad. What you can do is either do some erect stretching (very effective when you want to make flaccid gains into erect gains) or maybe throw in some jelqs (good for girth, but also very effective length exercise). But if I was you- I'd consider this to be a bonus. That way you not only stretch, but you superset different exercises. Once your erection subsides- go back to your normal stretching routine. The reason why DLD Blasters is one of the best (if not the best) length exercises is behind its principle (you tire you PC off, so that it does no "defensive kegels" and not resist your stretch. Once I read DLD saying that is the surgery method- they cut the suspensory part and send people home with extenders and stertching routines. Doing what I wrote above is a perfect way to mimic this whole thing. Therefore, this would be as effective as having a Penis Enlargement surgery, but with the difference that you PC will be stronger, it will safe and natural, and no one's gonna cut nothing). Try doing both and see which one works better for you :). (Plus- if you get hard while jelqing- this is something you should be happy about cause the more erect you are- the better the girth exercises work for you. :)

If you want your head smaller than your shaft- just don't do any glans gaining exercises and concentrate on the shaft more (but they enhance each other perfectly, so you should see glans gains as well).
