I have been deconditioning for almost a month in full right now. The intense fatigue I've had (the throbbing) has stopped and things seem to be going pretty good right now. My veins have increased quite a bit, although that might be help from Cialis too. My erections don't hurt or anything. I was planning on doing some light girth routines and NO length routines yet. Maybe I should try some less intense squeezes and jelqs. Also, maybe I should do something like 3 x 10 minutes at 2-3 hg of pumping to supplement lightly. I hate hate HATE not Penis Enlargementing.

I agree with you.
-yes I too think cialis is one of the secret of Penis Enlargement ( better then V. and only 5 mg every 4-5 days )

- Decon is very good for the reason you said. I stopped this winter for about 2 months. During my decon break I edged 1-2 times a week for 1-2 hour using 5 mg of cialis.

- Now my routine is stretching, pumping and squeezes and jelqs between sets of about 20 minutes at 4-6 inches.
 
I would act as if I were starting P.E. for the first time. I hope you didn't start out whole hog--that is, when you first started P.E.. I started out cautiously, and very slowly I increased the length of my sessions and their intensity. I think it took me two to three months with daily, steady, very methodical increments in my routine. I didn't go "whole hog" until I hit the fourth or fifth month, as I recall.

BTW, Mr. 10 Incher, I got the length pic with a five spot. My ones were all old and wrinkled. I'll post it today as soon as the coast is clear.

Thanks for the response guys. I think I might go like I did when I first started. Like 100-200 light jelqs and a few squeezes. Nothing serious. I think it's best to try a light routine like this for a day just to see how my penis responds.
 
Considering that you've indulged in a decon break for approximately a month, why not do the newbie routine again and see if it produces results for you. Since you obviously understand, as no newbie possibly can, the techniques used in this routine, it should be light enough, and sufficiently low-impact so as to prevent anything horrible from occurring. Just a suggestion.
 
Thanks for the replies everyone. I did 100 very light jelqs last night, no problem at all. However, I accidentally added too much pressure in my 1 x 10 minute pumping set. Luckily it wasn't bad.

I decided that my full decon break is over, since it has been a month. My penis doesn't ache (hurt) like it did. It feels almost back to baseline. I decided to measure and this will be my "cemented" size I guess.

I measured standing straight up this time, however, so I got a 1/4" decrease in all length directions. Standing, I was 8 1/8" long and 5.75 inches thick at midshaft. NBP I was a very conservative 7.5", although I am easily more than that, I like the conservative estimate as it will not upset me when I measure in a few weeks or so. I will be adding these to my signature shortly :) .

I'm not disappointed in my size right now. I'm thankful that I didn't lose more. I sure did gain some ground. At the "height" of my fatigue I was 7.5 x 5.5 sitting bp! That really blew some balls. Anyway, I'll be starting fresh, doing a small newbie routine. I'm still debating on whether or not I should get into light DOWNWARD hanging now. It seems that fatigue on the ligs does not hinder erections like hanging pressure on the tunica does. Also, J, I have a question for you. It seems that when I stretch my penis out with my hand, the "second half" (near the glans) is the part that stretches out the most, while the first half barely stretches. I've read your BIB posts about how this "second half" doesn't move because it is compressed, while it stretches greatly on the "first half." Perhaps the BIB hanger would be perfect for me then because my "first half" barely stretches at all?
 
I've been doing deconditioning too for the past 8 days now, I originally thought I'd do it for 2 weeks, but now I think I'll do atleast 3, maybe 4.

I had a pretty good and heavy routine when I stopped but just wasn't gaining. I hope this deconditioning thing works. Keep us updated on what happens!
 
So I take it as you need to Penis Enlargement from now on to gain or keep your size? Just like bodybuilding.....you stop u lose, right?

Yes it does seem like bodybuilding. When you stop lifting weights you'll shrink down in size but not fully to where you started.
