Thanks for the replies everyone. I did 100 very light jelqs last night, no problem at all. However, I accidentally added too much pressure in my 1 x 10 minute pumping set. Luckily it wasn't bad.
I decided that my full decon break is over, since it has been a month. My penis doesn't ache (hurt) like it did. It feels almost back to baseline. I decided to measure and this will be my "cemented" size I guess.
I measured standing straight up this time, however, so I got a 1/4" decrease in all length directions. Standing, I was 8 1/8" long and 5.75 inches thick at midshaft. NBP I was a very conservative 7.5", although I am easily more than that, I like the conservative estimate as it will not upset me when I measure in a few weeks or so. I will be adding these to my signature shortly

I'm not disappointed in my size right now. I'm thankful that I didn't lose more. I sure did gain some ground. At the "height" of my fatigue I was 7.5 x 5.5 sitting bp! That really blew some balls. Anyway, I'll be starting fresh, doing a small
newbie routine. I'm still debating on whether or not I should get into light DOWNWARD hanging now. It seems that fatigue on the ligs does not hinder erections like hanging pressure on the tunica does. Also, J, I have a question for you. It seems that when I stretch my penis out with my hand, the "second half" (near the glans) is the part that stretches out the most, while the first half barely stretches. I've read your BIB posts about how this "second half" doesn't move because it is compressed, while it stretches greatly on the "first half." Perhaps the BIB hanger would be perfect for me then because my "first half" barely stretches at all?
