Hey guys, what's up?

It's been nearly three months since I came off my three week break from Penis Enlargement. I'm sad to report that no gains have been made in this time. I'm still stuck on 7" nbp x 5.25" mid shaft girth and 5.5" base. My routine has been to gradually build up the dry jelqs and stretching. This is my 5th year in Penis Enlargement, starting from 6"x5" and doing mostly just jelqs, stretching, a little clamping, and some SSJ's.

My goal is 7.5"x 6" and I need to break this rut that I"ve been in for a long time now. Have any of you all had success after dropping the jelq in favor of moving on to other exercises? Length (and girth) have been very difficult for me in spite of all the stretching I've done.

Thanks for any replies. You guys rule!

Why not just use the SSJ exclusively? It is a very powerful exercise. As far as length is concerned what are you doing for stretching? You could also include your Bathmate into the mix by supersetting your SSJ with pumping. Also, expressive stretching is amazing for length ruts.

jeff, when i hit my first plateau, i began hanging with a bib starter. it was for about 1 month, but it was intense- every day, 1.5 hours BTC. i upped the weight 2.5-5 lbs. a week until i reached 20-25 lbs., at which point the discomfort increased noticeably. at this point i stopped hanging and picked back up with manual stretching. i did manual stretches every day, 30-45 minutes. 5 minute sets of different types of stretches: DLD's newbie routine, 5-10 min. of 'A' blasters, 10-15 minutes of footlongs, and any other stretches i could think of.

i believe the intense phase of hanging really loosened up the ligs and other tissues, and also showed me how resilient my penis was/is. this lessened my fear of injury and allowed me to stretch manually with much more intensity from then on. i would recommend taking a 'break' from Penis Enlargement and hanging for a month to anybody stuck with their progress.

keep a journal, write your routine in it every day. keep track of any modifications you make each day( dropping one set of stretches, replacing with another, adding more time with an exercise, etc.). and i promise you you'll get that ruler moving on you again in no time. and don't be afraid to mix up the order you do the exercises in; some stretches work well before others(like rotaries, to loosen up the entire base/lig area), and some work better towards the end of your routine( like footlongs, or 'A' stretches, or any that use something else to assist in force), at which point your arms or grip might be getting tired. this may be a hidden key to gaining not many people think about. cheers

edit: forgot to say- NO. DO NOT ABANDON THE JELQ. take a break from it if you have to, but remember it's a great erect exercise to come back to if you need to start at square on. practice your stroke, your grip, etc. and you may start liking the exercise again if you find a variation on it that suits you. cheers

DLD, most all of my stretching up to this point and all this time has been the beginner routine stretches and some of the "__________" stretch that is popular. The DLD Expressive stretching looks like something I need to take up immediately, especially the Total Package stretch. Looking back, maybe I just haven't spent enough time under tension while stretching to power through these ruts I get in. My stretching routines usually come after girth work and last about 15 minutes of so.

Going forward, I could go with a few minutes of jelq to get things moving, then move into the SSJ, followed by stretching. Or, if time is a problem, do SSJ one day, then a stretching routine the next, and so on. I need to go with manual exercises as much as possible.

Stretcharmstrng, I've thought about hanging...but I would need to muster up the courage to do it! As for manual stretches, I'd like to stick with that if possible. I see where you mention going for stretching routines of 30-45 minutes. I see now that I am likely lacking in the time I've devoted to stretching as I never go for more than 15 mins. or so. Thanks for those ideas...

I've done the same thing. Absolutely abandoned the regular jelqing and stuck with 30 minutes of intensive SSJs. So far it's quite superior to jelqing.

Very much so, the Slow Squash Jelq has the most compression, intensity and expansion one can get from a manual girth exercise.

I've read that the penis still has a bit of muscle and that it is still benenficial to Jelq as this will help beef up the muscle.

Also Jelqing is great for the overall health of the penis.
Perhaps do about 80 to 100 Jelqs as a warm up to the major girth enhancer excercise you choose.

Still for major girth gains you will need to do SSJ or other types of Compression Squeezes that cause major expansion.

for sure. also, i think leaving your stretching sets open for experimentation is key. 30-45 minutes is kind of a long time to do manual stretches, so to keep it fresh daily i would mix things up(as stated previously), like how many sets of each stretch i did, what order i did them in, the duration of each set, etc. of course, listen to your body- you will want to stick with stretches that feel most intense to you, and feel like they are doing something to the ligs and tunica. look for that fatigue feeling. cheers
