Lately i've just about had it with the whole process of gaining girth.
I have been working my ass of for this inch for months and it hasn't even budged.
Not only that i have to do all of my P.E. after working a long and physically exhausting construction job, now it wouldn't be so bad if i was making gains, but nothing!
i've gone from exercising everyday to only 3 days, and no changes, and my workout are VERY intense so there's no way in hell i can step up the intensity.
My workouts usually consist of clamping and intense girth squeezes like, iso comp squeezes and ssj's.
The worst part is i usually go from 5'' mseg to 5.75 almost 6'' sometimes, but every friggin' time i take time off i end up back at 5 mseg!!!!>:(
DLD and guys, i really need some help with this, how can i make this last inch stick?:(>:(
Sorry, for the shitty faces but man i'm just so fed up!
I even bought a bathmate, which i don't like at all, i get good expansion but it's soft and rarely stays longer than 20 min after session even if i do exercise in between sets.
Anyways sorry for the rant, and thanks for your time, i really appreciate any help, i just want to make it to 6'' so bad.
 
When i qst started doing pe my girth program was very intenses and i didn't gain much. But when i took some steps back and switched it ip i gained .

can you list your girth routine
 
clamping and squeezes for anywhere from 30-45 minutes, i usually hold each squeeze for about 40-60 sec.
 
Are you hand clamping or using a cable clamp ? I used clamping at 1st and when i was doing 4 10min sets i didnt gain . But when i changed to 2x10 min sets mixed with jelqs thats then i gained and im coming up on .25 inch girth gain
 
Yea bra you need to find your "sweet spot" pertaining girth sessions. Research to figure out how your dick responds best. You can't force him to grow but encourage.
 
I did not gained much from clamping but maybe I did it wrong, my best gains in girth camed from superseting or mixing multiple exercises into a single session(dry jqlq with horses440 with ulis#3 and some trapped squizes done in rotation for 30min) early on and later by doing the 5x5x3 for two weeks witch got me 0.15" permanent gain but I quit it because I got scared that I'll gain too much girth too fast and It will slow down my length gains(I only want length at this point).

My Advice is to go with two sessions per day, one in the morning all manual with SSJ, Horses440, Dry Jelq and some squizes follwed by another 5x5x3 session in the evening. If you don't gain with this you're doing something wrong.

Also did you tried to take 2-3 days off, maybe you overtrain and your penis does not has the time to fully recover by the next day.

Whatever forces the most blood into your penis and keeps it engorged the longest will bring girth gains. Jelqing is probably best along with bathmate or other pumping.

Short and sweet! Gaining girth is all about consistent temporary expansion and keeping that expansion for as long as possible. The more you are able to retain the faster the girth gains will be. The same applies to length in the sense that remaining elongated after training is vital to the healing process.
 
I was thinking I won't measure to see if I've gained after 6 months. This thread has motivated me to measure. I want to make sure the routine I'm doing is working.
