What I want to know is, would I be able to pump some seriuous blood with those when I master them, you know the veins and enormous pump? I've never payed huge attention to them so let's say I'm a newbie in that...

reverse kegels arent about engorgement so no. the reverse kegel is in effect fully relaxing the pc muscle, which allows you to stretch mroe intensely as the muscle isnt restricting you. kegels are what pumps the blood into your penis, so working on retracting the pc muscle and strengthening it through kegels is what will give you the good pump

Yea you totally can get a fat pump. It forces blood into the penis for me. For me it's hard to hold a really strong reverse kegel for more than a few seconds though, I lose my breath or I can get dizzy. When I really push, It gives me a weird pressure buildup in my chest and pushes blood into my head.
I've read that is supposed to help hold back an orgasm, but not for me, it'll make me cum faster :( maybe I'm doing it wrong but I don't see how. It's the muscle to make you piss harder and faster!

I was doing it fw hours ago and when I pushed RK my dick was all veiny and thicker, I got horny wave inside of me when I saw that, so I want to focus more on that, and jordey thanks for the tip, I didn't know that RK giving you better stretch, that's what I need at the moment - LENGTH!

yeah that is what the dld blasters are based on. kegels are what will help you get rock hard erections

I never understood the whole RK premature ejaculation thing. It makes me cum faster as well. It's almost like the sensation of peeing + stroking is just too much to handle and I bust.

OP: You're thinking of the wrong kegel.

when you cum it flexes the pc muscle a few times which is what drives the ejaculation. revels kegelling if done right prevents this contracting of the pc muscle, which should prevent cumming. it also doesnt allow quite as much bloodflow, which reduces sensitivity a little bit. if i breathe properly and reverse kegel i can go for quite along time, however every so often you need to kegel some more blood in to stay hard

Hey bros, is normal thing to feel abs contacting on reverse kegels or I doing it wrong?

yes thats perfectly normal

Reverse kegels will not increase blood flow, they will only release the pelvic floor muscles through the total unflex that RK's give. They are mainly used in stretching as when you RK during stretching the penis becomes much more easy to stretch without interference from the pelvic floor muscles. They are also used in helping with premature ejaculation. For most men a sequence of kegels and reverse kegels will prevent orgasm and allow for you to last much longer in bed.

I must say that I have my doubts or at least serious problems to understand why a RK should help relax the PC muscle. It doesn't seem plausible to me since you in fact voluntarily contract some muscle. If you want to relax any muscle of your body you have "to let go" (which is not a very easy thing to do>try to do it with any other muscle: when can you be really sure that it is relaxed? Mostly it's an involuntary or passive event, supported by massages or mental relaxation and stuff) and not to push or "work" anything which you do actually when performing a RK.

So, I'm not 100% convinced that this opinion on reverse kegels - as long as it may already have been circulating on the forums - is true. In my understanding of the body as an experienced strength athlete, a RK is more comparable to a contraction of an antagonistic muscle (like flexing the biceps contrary to contracting the triceps). Hence it would be the contraction of or the concentration on another part of the PC muscle (which is, as we know, a whole group of muscles that works holistically).

Edit: that doesn't mean that some guys can't counteract PremEjac with this technique. For me it isn't the case and much more like Wakingdream explained, though it diminishes sensibility for a few moments (only seconds).

yeah the reverse kegel is basically just not contracting the pc muscle. most people will flex their pc muscle a little without even realising though, which is why there needs to be cues to actively not flex it. its very hard to reverse kegel and not contract the abs, hence contracting the abs while 'forcefully' relaxing the pc muscle seems to work better. think of contracting the abs and 'pushing' merely as a cue to unflex the pc muscle, as flexing the antagonists would be very hard if not near impossible. the abs also feel like theyre sinking and pushing down, which also helps to feel when the muscle is relaxed. when you can control the pc muscle to the extend of not allowing it to contract, you can delay ejactulation for a long while, as it both prevents the actual ejaculation as well as reducing sensitivity

Exactly right.

Well for me rk are giving better bloodflow, but thats because I never paid huge attention to rk, only to standard kegels, now when I finaly got the clue about rk's (better stretch etc.) I work them more often and its getting stronger, together with my already strong front kegel, them together giving me much better blood flow, thats my view on this...

how do they give you better blood flow? do you mean engorgement or just circulation?

When I push it mid hard, I feel my dick thicker in hand and it is all veiny too, but when I push 100% then I get maximum girth which is about 5.5 in that situation, maybe Im just tripping about, bit it seems to be better blood flow...

I think he means both because when I do RK I get the engorgement and a feeling of a hormonal "stream" delicately and lovingly entering through the base

i think maybe youre confusing the reverse kegel with the regular kegel? ?:(
