First of all I'd like to thank all you guys for the advice i mean tbh i didnt really think i would get this many replies but its a good feeling knowing there people ready to help when you need em so thanks guys. On to a funnier note i cant stop laughing at the image of me swinging my junk around in an attempt at intimidating my opponent haha thats one way to go about it i guess DLD, and to answer you question boohoohoo i box at super featherweight, around 57 - 58 kg.

I also wanted to ask that seen as though I train pretty much 6 out 7 days a week and 3 out of that six i train twice a day ... cardio in the morining and in the boxing gym with strength usually at night, when do you think its optimal for me to do p.e throughout my day, and also i would like to add that i dont think i can do the entire DLD Newbie routine all at once so is it possible for me to split the exercises out during the day i.e streching and jelqing and if so when it best to do which exercise to get the most out of each session? :)

The most important thing is to get the PE exercises in, and do so in a way that is manageable for you Long-term. PE requires long term commitment to see gains.

Why do you think that PE would be bad for his boxing career? I think the same qualities that go into becoming a good boxer are very similar to the same qualities for someone who gains in PE. I think that both activities would benefit each other.

I don't think PE will be bad for his boxing career, I just think that if he becomes a successful boxer with the penis he has now he will have a much better and enjoyable life than if he adds 2 inches to his penis and doesn't succeed in boxing. I am not saying that he can't do both, but from my experience with boxing even at a very fundamental level it takes immense commitment to even become mediocre, let alone make a career of it.

The way I would explain this is like this. I don't imagine Floyd Mayweather or Pacman have very large penises considering their general size of body and height. That being said, I imagine both of them have a better lifestyle and have more choices of women then anyone in history that has ever done PE not counting the possibility of other celebrities that may have done PE.

While I love PE personally and will keep it as a part of my life as long as I can, there are more important things. The OP seems to have an incredible opportunity, so IMO he should focus single mindedly on that.

Remember one thing DLD, you yourself said that you got so good at PE and made such gains because of the intensity of your focus on it. That same idea should be applied to boxing if one wants a career in it.
