I did PE for a short period of time maybe 15 years ago (2008/2009). Just a few months. Actually saw about 1/2 to maybe 2/3 inch in increase and then stopped. Eventually lost those gains. Main reason I stopped is because although I could technically see gains on the ruler and knew it was a little bigger. To my eye it didn't look much bigger and wasn't sure the results achieved warranted the time, energy and effort required. So I stopped. I started again in October 2023. Flacid stretch measuring I gained about 1 and 3/4 inch gain. Problem is I'm not sure it ever translated into erect gains. If so not much. Secondly, since I started my penis turtles all the time, became a little desensitized, but most importantly really tough to get an erection and even tougher to maintain an erection, even during sex. Just goes limp. I connect this directly to PE exercises. So I stopped last Thursday and just hoping my penis recovers. Any input or insight? Thx.

Poor EQ is usually a sign of fatigue and means you should take a day or 2 off from PE.
the gains that you saw in just a few months are incredible! However they were most likely temporary elongation, it takes more time for collagen synthesis to produce a notable increase in length gains that will remain permanent.

Another thing I would add about poor EQ is if you are watching then you must stop immediately, that will ruin your sex life and desensitise you for as long as you are watching it.

As for the turtling, that is something that can be solved by using a wrap or even an extender device, you're penis cannot turtle when wearing these.

In terms of your routine as a whole, what exercises are you doing? Which device are you using if any? Give us a piece of the string to help you out.

Silisleev 2 works great for turtling if you don't want to wrap. I've been wearing them for about a month and my FL is much better even when taking a day off. Just make sure you can fit and get the right size.

I was doing the beginner routine. I have no equipment. Probably a little too aggressive. Working from home currently in a virtual training class and I just keep my camera off. Gives me a lot of time to PE throughout the day. I start with the bundle stretching. Then the down stretch routine, outward stretch routine, and upward stretch routine. I do 40 second stretches with maybe 30 cranks both ways. Do this 3 to 4 times a day, 4 to 5 days a week and rest on the weekend. 200 jelqs 2-3 times a week. I was stretching/pulling really hard. Gets to a point throughout the week where I can actually feel the ligament elongating as I pull. Almost like stretching a taffy. Scares me and I'll stop as I am afraid I might really injure myself. I don't really watch . I could be wrong but I think my issue might be the constant handling and aggressive manual manipulation of my penis. I think it might be fatigue as you stated. You said a couple of days. I think I might need a few weeks to recover.

I would limit your PE to one session per day, 2 at most. Especially for a beginner that is a lot and believe me your penis needs time to heal.

A general rule of thumb is that there should not be any pain when performing your exercises and you should gradually increase the intensity as you go along.

A few weeks will probably not be necessary, the penis is very resistant and heals very quickly. Give it a week, see how you feel, then restart or give it another few days if necessary.

Based on your response I am way over working myself. I'll rest up and pull back on the sessions. I was aggressive but getting results. The more results I saw the more aggressive I became. Thx

No problem brother! Let us know if there's anything else you're needing help with.

Look at this.

The penis is really tough. The key is to increase the intensity progressively, until you can get to full intensity. Personally I have done maximum of 1 hour per day of manual stretches. When I was starting I did 30 minutes x 2 times each day with my hands and a broomstick.

Now with LengthMaster 3 it's enough with 40 minutes per day or 20 minutes. Recovery and healing is as important as active stretching. Try to find the optimal level for you. 3 days on 1 day rest works for myself.

Only did two sessions yesterday and woke up with erection. Maintained a pretty good erection for several minutes. This is progress in the right direction as I could barely get erect at all or er the weekend. Only did two sessions today and can already tell that the decrease in a activity is helping. Have actually did really good with gains since beginning PE in October. Just want to make sure that gains I achieve remain.
