Hey Guys, i joined Mos getting on a year ago now when i stumbled into the world of p.e, but because of training and working etc i just havent got around to getting started properly .. i mean ive tried abit of stretching and jelqing in the past but never really had time to get into a routine .. BUT now i finally have some time on my hands and would like to get started for good. I have a few worries before i start though and the main one is that because i box for a living so i have to keep my weight really low, im pretty skinny and my body fat is around about 9 to 10% and I wont be putting any weight on any time soon because then i would move out of my current weight category which i dont really want, so im wondering whether i could gain in length and girth through P.E even though i wont be putting any more weight on at all ? because im going to be at this weight for a long time, So could i really gain without putting any weight on? Thats one of the reasons i havent really had the motivation to get started but i though i'd try asking for a little guidance before dedicating myself only to find im not gaining.

If you've read my post, i'd like to thank you for sparing your time and fingers crossed i hopefully won't have to wait too long for a reply :)

Starting stats - BPEL = 6.25 /MSG = 4.5

Some of the brothers may correct me, but I think weight gain is counter productive in PE. The slimmer you are the longer you are especially in flaccid length. As far as girth, it comes from blood engougement and I don't think having heavy weight would help in the category. It's kinda like a bodybuilder, their muscles are massive with very low body weight. Again, I think I'm right but not for sure.

true....extra weight is not only bad for you in general but it will also hide a bit of your penis if you get fat in the fat pad above penis.....your penis is mainly concerned with the blood circulation...if that is good then there are no worries.....and offcourse you exercise daily so your blood supply will be very good.
i think your healthy to start and begin with the DLD newbie routine and stick to it.....:)

Are you really a pro boxer? I box and so does my son, it is our favorite sport. It would be very cool to have a pro boxer on the forum. We have a pro MMA already:)

DLD im sure your dick can take a punch and you wont feel anything.....hahahahha;)

Hey Guys thanks for all the replies... got me feeling positive about the road ahead now that the weight thing had been cleared up, it was the main mental obstacle i had in my mind that was stopping me from really commiting to a routine, plus to answer your question DLD .. I do box for a living although i'm not professional just yet still getting some experiance in the amatuer ranks but the dream is to be pro some day soon :)

Also what do you guys think a good routine is to get started with, something safe but also one that will get me gaining ? .. God i feel excited now about the possibilities of how much i can gain now that the those negative thoughts are off my mind, I'm looking foward to gaining good ! :)

DLD's Newbie Routine is an awesome to start with, find it in a Newbie Section of a forum it's a sticky thread, you'll find it easily, start doing that routine Mon - Fri and you'll see changes quickly, good luck

When I first signed up here, I've been experiencing some EQ issues and even ventured into the pill route (which I absolutely hated due to the headaches it gave me). I've actually trashed the remaining pills I had and decided to go on a free experiment around the month of October/November. Well, at the end of November, I decided to give it a shot and see my progress. I looked at some pictures (thechive) and got hard as a rock and kept that erection for the entire session. I decided to do it again for the month of December and got the same results. So for me, the longer I abstain from it, the better it is for me.

Having said that, I think a big part of my EQ issues in the past have been caused by my mental state and whether or not I had a lot on my mind. Abstaining myself from masturbating has helped me but, being at peace with myself and having a clear mind seems to have helped me a lot.

Abstaining myself from masturbating and quiting , helped me so much that I can't describe it, I used to watch a lot of porns long time ago and my entire masturbation session lasted for couple of minutes, to wank it off ASAP and go to bed, what an idiot I was before, during that period I had soft erections plus my penis was 5 inches long, total disaster :)

HM1 welcome aboard! Weight gain shouldn't be an issue. Your penis might add some weight, but it certainly won't be enough to cause any problems, lol. I'm an avid weightlifter and naturally run low bodyfat and it definitely helps make you penis look bigger.
I'm a performance consultant so I'm applying my professional tools to PE and I approach it like I do my weight-training. Use the discipline and attitude you have developed from your boxing endeavors and you will make some gains for sure!
Good luck on your journey!

Doesn't matter if you're a 147 pounder, 175 pounder or 200+...PE will not make you gain any weight. Unless you jelq and pump so much blood that your dick effectively becomes a third leg and jumps you up a weight class or two. You will be able to train and continue to make weight--last night's jelqing session that produced significant expansion notwithstanding.

I train in boxing too as an amateur; I have no desire to go pro but I still make my weight comfortably. If anything, due to boxing's strenuous nature, and I'm sure you keep yourself in shape year long as you desire to make this your profession, I am sure you're in great cardiovascular shape. All of the jump roping, shadow boxing, running, bag work, sprints = more blood flow for your entire body. I know when I'm in shape my dick is even harder with more frequency. Every time I do hill sprints my legs are sore as hell, but then I'll wake up in the middle of the night with a raging hard on. That's when I use my Bathmate and capitalize on my extra blood flow!

Lastly, the Newbie Routine is the go-to routine for something that is safe and is tried and true for most people in PE. More importantly than just finding the right routine is actually sticking to it. Consistency is key in PE. Now go box some rounds and get your rounds of PE on too!

Very cool that boxing is your job, I hope you get a pro fight and we can all watch you box as a huge flaccid cock swings around in your boxing shorts:)

Best places to start are with the Newbie Routine and the SRT Thread. These two threads will give you a wealth of knowledge. If you have any questions please just ask.

You mean like THIS!??!? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xo4BJpINyXo

lol, that was some perverted shit:) Yeah, I imagine HM1 during the pre-fight face off intimidating his opponent by swinging his huge salami around:)

That would be hilarious LMAO

Hey man,

welcome to MOS (although you said you signed on a year ago). To answer your question simply, no, PE will not effect your weight in and of itself.

I used to train as a boxer myself, but nothing beyond sparring in the gym (not even any amateur fights although at one point I did want to enter the golden gloves). My opinion on you and PE is that you should focus on your boxing single mindedly and forget about everything else, including PE. If you do want to be a pro and make a living at it you need to be VERY good and VERY patient, but you will have women all over you regardless of your penis size. On the flip side even if you PE and get a huge dick you will never match what you would have as a successful boxer.

That is just my opinion on things, but you don't have to take it. I was also wondering, what weight class are you in?

Why do you think that PE would be bad for his boxing career? I think the same qualities that go into becoming a good boxer are very similar to the same qualities for someone who gains in PE. I think that both activities would benefit each other.
