Don't understand it, search doesn't tell me, so asking for explanation and how to achieve it.

Might be another concept I want to waork in.
 
I use jelqs, and bundles for mine. It takes me about thirty minutes to get it done if im not rushing. Then for some bathmate 553, and on to the main stressors. By the time I get in the thick of it I'm very prefatigued.

Ok, but what is the concept exactly? Just getting dilation in the cells before the actual routine?

I guess I'm already somewhat doing that since I bundle before everything. Really don't want to throw down 20 minutes of jelqing, I'm close to 3 hours erect daily as it is. Hopefully twisted erect stretches can take care of that for me.

Pre-Fatigue can be accomplished two ways. The first is the way we use DLD Blasters. Before starting the session we do a kegel routine that pre-fatigues the penis, meaning the penis will not resist the stretch due to loss of strength of the Pelvic Floor Muscles. The second, which is much easier to accomplish, is masturbation. After you masturbate the penis is in a state of complete fatigue. The good thing about this is gaining length becomes so much easier when there is no resistance.

I thought that was labeled "fatigue" and pre fatigue was a separate concept. That one I know about for length. Sounds like nite is referring to a different concept.

Could just be confused

Well that's what I do to just give you an idea, but yeah its a vital step that grants easier expansion. If I'm lacking time I'll just do about ten minutes or less bundled cranks then throw on bathmate for a bit, and end with the main course. I get fluid annoyingly quick that's why I do so much manuals before applying my bathmate that way I get the type of expansion I like.

So beating it up before you really beat it up. Basically trying to work in synergy as a general rule. Pretty much doing that already. Guess that's good.

Have you tried figis cock ring trick in the bathmate btw? Says it gives better expansion and fends off water retention.
 
I don't really understand what you're trying to say with this pre fatigue thing...you mean like a warm up?So your penis will be much easier to work with?
 
You can feel it getting looser by bundles only jelqs will also help. The jelly state, is the best time for me to go into the xtreme. I don't have the rings for the armour

After masturbation you need to be strong with yourself and take advantage of the great state the penis is in. At least 10 minutes of stretching.

I pretty much stay jelly because of my CRandtowel set up. Snug ring and a hand towel keeps warmth and jelly is basically the default state since I started using it.

So far as pre workout stuff, bundles aught to be considered as vital as kegels for pe. They're too versatile and effective to leave out.

Thats it! As tough as it may be after orgasm, it is essential to make great length gains. When the penis is it this state of malleability there is no better time to stretch as there is no restriction from pelvic muscles.

You can bundle an erect penis. You need to look out for injury.
 
Wow I have not thought about this in a long time. Pre-fatigue is the best way to attack girth with no pull back. Same premise as DLD blasters
