Lately I've been getting a lot of post-session fluid buildup, once as much as 0.75" of extra girth. I know that this is considered very good for veterans, and that it is important to put that much stress on a well-conditioned tunica, but I'm not a veteran, as I have been Penis Enlargement'ing only 3 1/2 months.

My question is whether putting this much stress on my tunica is beneficial, or whether it is impeding growth. For the record I had been making gains on my workout before, and the only change I made was adding heat. Afterwards it added so much more stress to my tunica.

What type of session are we talking about here? If your doing girth work, such as clamping/constricters, I would think having fluid build up is not a bad thing at all. I usually always get fluid buildup on the right side of my penis below the glans if I get a good clamping session in. If I dont have that post workout buildup/pump, I get disappointed.

If your talking about length work and your getting fluid buildup, that doesnt seem beneficial to me in any way.

I've basically been edging for 3 hours straight about 4 times per week. Check the patent thread in the alternative Penis Enlargement section and you'll get lots and lots of information.

Fluid buildup is when the pores in the tunica open due to too much stress. They allow fluid to flow underneath the skin. My dick just looks swollen and fluffy, and is soft to the touch, especially underneath. In my experience this fluid buildup has been somewhat uneven.

Fluid retention, unfortunately, does not effect tunica growth in any way as it resides just below the skin and before the tunica. This is the main reason pumping gives excellent temporary results.

Over time one can gain from a combination of pumping and manuals. In my experiences clamping and SSJ cause the greatest amount of "temporary" gains, or fluid build-up. I can't say that there's a correlation between fluid buildup and gains, but I have noticed that I have better workouts when I get some fluid build-up and when I work too much I have large amounts of fluid buildup. In the case of the former these workouts leave me with a tired feeling in the chambers, but I also still have a very soild erection at the end. When I go too far erections suffer, if not cease for a few hours, and I take off for a few days.

My current pumping schedule has pretty well consisted of one on one off, because of my schedule, and I'm noticing length gains and some girth gains that are comparable if not exceeding the 6 on 1 off schedule I was on.

As far as attempting to edge for long periods of time it is my personal opinion that you'd be better served using that time for a brief girth workout or pumping session and getting on with your day.

I in no way was saying that permanent gains do not happen with pumping and I do follow many men who use a combination of pumping with manuals with excellent results. I was only stating that swelling is common with pumping and much of that swelling is due to fluid retention.

In terms of time spent vs. growth it's not the most efficient. However, I have seen my best growth since I started this routine, and I have the time to spend. Don't knock it until you try it, I suppose.

DLD, while fluid buildup doesn't cause gains, there should be a correlation. Fluid starts to buildup at the threshhold where tunica failure begins. Tunica failure corresponds to big girth gains if you can keep an expanded state.

D, it's cool man. I wasn't getting at you about anything.

Can some1 answer my question? Is it normal to have more build up on the top half of your shaft?

Don't worry, I always have most of my fluid buildup in the top half as well.

I hope it is i dont want to have a 6 inch girth top half and a 5 inch girth bottom half lol might look kind of strange
