Session 2: (approximate time: 4 minutes)

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Basic Jelqing
For easy clean-up use a non-oil based lube. I suggest Jergen's Hypo Allergenic, non-scented moisturizer. This lube can be easily cleaned up with toilet paper and no mess. Dry jelqing would be even better.
Session 5: 100 2 Second Jelqs (approximate time: 4 minutes)
Session 6: 100 2 Second Jelqs (approximate time: 4 minutes)
Session 7: 100 2 Second Jelqs (approximate time: 4 minutes)
Session 8: 100 2 Second Jelqs (approximate time: 4 minutes)
