Hello,

I am sure someones already asked what I am about to but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask again.

I am mostly new to PE, I've experimented with manual stretching and even some foreskin restoration (about 1.5 years) which have lead to small but none the less PE gains. Mainly I am concerned with safety and the health of my penis, I just got the bathmate, and I understand that improper use of pumps can cause damage to the penis. But to know improper use, I need to know the proper use. How much pressure is too much? Should I feel no pain while pumping, or is a mild pain in the ridge of my glans alright?

Here's my routine, I start with DLD's Newbie routine, then apply the Bathmate semi-erect to erect, and attain a pressure that can at moments give a minor pain to the head of my penis, mostly the ridge of my glans. I wear the bathmate 2 or 4 minutes (I alternate short day/long day) then jelq 50 times before repeating this 3 to 4 times. Also I don't know if this is considered part of my routine but I am doing kegels throughout the day.

I am new to both PE and the Bathmate and was wondering if this is a good routine? And also if anyone has any advice or tips on how to do PE safely, like the do's and don'ts of PE and pumping? My main concern is should I feel pain while using the bathmate or should it be pain-free?

Thanks!

The biggest safety risk in the BathMate would be going too long but you are not doing that, your sets are too short to cause damage. I would suggest bringing the pump time up to 5 minutes and then get in 5 minutes of jelqing and repeat this 3x (or more if you can handle it). This will be completely safe and bring the fastest gains in girth. Are you doing anything for length right now?

What you want to avoid is that puffy look. It's fluid retention under the skin and not proper expansion. It won't stick around for long but it's not pleasant and can be a sign that you're overdoing it or weren't erect enough in the pump.
If you aren't seeing fluid retention then you should be fine. If you are, you might be doing worse.

This is easily dealt with by using a jelqing exercise in-between pumping sets. Retention usually collects in one area and getting this fluid to disperse equally is key. Following the 5x5x3 method of 5 minutes pumping followed by 5 minutes jelqing and repeated 3 times gets the expansion high with no retention.

Okay that sounds good, and as for length the only thing I am doing is the warm up stretches/routine you made for newbies. Are there other stretches that I can do to increase length.

Also should I feel any pain? there was a slight pain in the head of my penis while using the bathmate.

& thanks for answering, I really appreciate it!

Using the arsenal of stretches in the Newbie Routine is usually enough for men to make good length gains. Since you have a BathMate I heavily suggest you do Hardcore Stretches, these will train internal gains as you train external gains. It is normal to feel some soreness when pumping.

Hey guys!
I'm a newbie here (doing PE for 2 days - yep, I'm a greenhorn) and I have a question apparently.
I've been doing 15 minute bathmate sessions and after that I am doing 100 Kegels. Today, after a bathmate session I saw a little sack on my foreskin area, in erection the right part under the head looks a little bit bloated. I'm pumping just a few times until I can't pump any more and I'm holding to that pressure for about 3-4 minutes, then relax for a half a minute and then I do it again. After some 4 times I end my session.
What should I do now because of this weird appereance?
Btw after the first time yesterday I felt some length&girth change in my hand and it was mindblowing. Makes me happy so much! I heard that vitamin C is great for when cells regenerate so I am also drinking some vitamin C powder after the "training".

This is totally avoidable by cutting your sessions into smaller supersets, most men are going five minutes in the tube and then 5 minutes of jelqing and repeating this 3x, this ensures best expansion without fluid retention as the jelqing spreads all fluid equally throughout the penis. When pumping is done alone it will almost always cause retention so getting those jelqs in is the solution not only to reduced retention but superior positive expansion.

A little method I use in this situation is a combination of jelquing and very tight gripped masturbation and focusing on the areas with retention to help disperse the fluid more.

That works too. I think spoke men just see the retention as being a temp gain and fear pushing the fluid to even it out as a loss but it is not a loss, it is evening out the expansion. Girth require tissue expansion, not fluid.

Exactly, all men need to realize the actual anatomic method to p.e. and realize that this fluid retention may look appealing but it is not permanent and is not technically a temporary gain. A soft squishy penis is not admirable by women. Women want a stiff solid cock stroking all of their internal nerves.

All the more reason to follow the routines that have worked for many men. SRT was built based on years of experience and following it is the smartest method to gaining safely and effectively. It would not have made it as far as it has if it were not prosperous for those involved and reading through the reviews on the methods only serve to cement it's effectiveness.

I don't have the bathmate but I do a lot of crazy manual clamping, and for safety I ALWAYS retract pressure AS SOON AS my penis feels like it's about to pop in ANY area, usually the pop sensation starts right under the glans for me.

Safety in clamping is so important, out of all pe clamping is the one place we see most injuries and skin issues.

And I have to be more and more cautious each time because my hands and kegels get stronger each time, so I'm as focused as I can be for every rep.

Pain free. especially when first beginning to use the BM. now there is a difference between strong expansion and pain. strong expansion you can feel and may be even slightly uncomfortable but with the 5 minute sets you should have no issue keeping the BM the entire time.

With PE, safety is pretty simple. Your penis will tell you every time you do something you shouldn't have. If you're overdoing girth work, your penis will probably go numb. It does when clamping, so I imagine the principles are the same for any girth-working device.

Thats is it! Become in touch with your body and listen to it. The only times I have had issues is when I took on too much too soon but even then the injuries were minor fluid retention or bruising.

Yeah the most you should be seeing if you're in tune with what's going on is some minor cosmetic damage that fades over time. Just keep the lights off when you're having sex haha.

Quick question in need of confidence in pe again, is it safe? If done correctly is it safe and permanent?
