Hey guys
this is something that has been bugging me for the past 3 years.. once every month or 2 or 3 i would get a painful errection in the morning that wouldnt subside irregardless of what i would do.... i could jog, take a cold shower/hot shower.. nothing... it lasts usually around 45 mins to an hour...

recently, the past 10 days.. im getting it everyday almost with it lasting around an hour each. I don't know what they are. has any1 had these ever? could it be priapism? I do not have sickle cell disease or any other diseases for that matter.
 
I get these after intense hanging sessions... If you are Penis Enlargementing.. intensively I would say it is normal... to have painful very sore erections!!!

lasting? that is a good sign. painful? could mean you are deficient in PGE1 or NOS. take borage oil to remedy that, as well as l arginine. an hour is not dangerous, it is good. I know I feel those little pops and cracks that feel like growth the most when i am erect. If I were you, if they are painless for the most part, I would hope they keep arriving.

Hey buddy, for everyone's benefit and that of the forum, I'm answering your question in the thread.

I live a fairly healthy life style. I'm an amature natural bodybuilder so as a result i have a very health concious diet, I rarely drink, don't smoke etc. Supplements I take either whey protein isolate if I'm cutting down, or a weight gainer with carbs if I'm bulking up. in addition I take ephedrine for cutting down and Creatine ethylester while bulking. I have never taken any steroids or any supplements of a chemical nature.

I have gotten these when I don't Penis Enlargement but very rarely, but they have happened. the past while it seems they're an every morning thing. Peeing is fucked! everyday I have to see my piss go up in a 90 degree angle to the ground and hence I can only piss in the shower. Very interesting view though.



I definately do hang heavier after it subsides. I think these errections last for hours while I sleep and I wake up when the blood is too starved of oxygen. I think that might be the reason its soar. I hang the same way I would if I was out with a teenage cocktease for 3 hours and got none. that same heavy hang.


right now, its 6:26 AM here and I've been up for an hour already because of this. I'm not really sore now, but then again i havent done Penis Enlargement for 3 days.


and Chance, yes they're VERY SORE and yet not PAinful, if there ever was a difference between the two. Its an internal soreness, no vein damage *knock on wood* or anything like that.
 
I to have been getting them off and on, i personally love it. It didnt realy start happening till i started using the max vac and took time off. Thats how i hit my last best length measurement, and after it would subside my dick would be very sore all over from the base to under the head, and my dick would hang pretty heavy to.

i see the general consensus is that this is something good, where as I had a feeling for alarm. Why do you guys think it's good? mind you these aren't FULL BLOWN THICKKKK erections that would expand the tunica and act like a clamping session. They're hard, but not that thick for some reason.

Are you taking ephedrine right now? I doubt you are, because ephedrine is prescribed to those who want to treat priapism, as a way of killing the erection.
 
I'm still thinking priapism type thing; although a true priapism is technically several hours long. If it's only up for an hour, it shouldn't cause any long term harm at all. But if it ever goes much above an hour or so, IMO you need to get down to the ER pronto before your dick dies and get it checked out.

Priapisms are often of 'idiopathic cause'- in other words the docs don't have a clue what causes them.

Do you Penis Enlargement on the days that you are also sore? Does it make a difference during your session? Does it exacerbate the problem causing you more priapitic erections the following morning? Do you prefer a length over a girth session(if you seperate the two)? During what time of the day do you normally Penis Enlargement and do you Penis Enlargement regularly at that time?

Is there any particular part of your penis that feels more sore than others?

When you wake up with these painful erections, is your head also full of blood? A common effect of low flow priapisms is that the shaft becomes fully engorged but the head remains the same size as it would be while flaccid.

Finally, do you have a fairly consistent sleep schedule and how many hours of sleep do you get a night?
 
..now i am thinking this could be something bad. How much creatine do you take? I have read that creatine can have a negative effect if you take too much. Ephedrine sounds crazy too. I think that could be a main contributor to this problem. Stop taking that and see how you do.

By the way, being a bodybuilder, do you do manual stretches? And if so, do you find that you need to take time off from stretching so you do not make your sore arm muscles and grip even sorer?

The have happened irregardless of the exercise and sometimes when i dont Penis Enlargement they happen as well. I prefer girth over length any time. I usually Penis Enlargement last at night.

the part of the penis that feels sore: right from my ass, the inner penis, all the way up to the glans. the most soreness happens in midshaft.

The glans is not engoreged AT ALLL!

I have gone to a urologist. I saw him about a month and a half ago and he had no idea why they would happen and just told me to tell him if it happens again. ofcourse now im in a different country because of work and i cant go see him. He noted nothing wrong with my penis but he noted one thing.

he palpated (sp?) my penis to check for inconsistencies in texture and any possible tumours, and he said that the penis is surprisingly more dense midshaft and just under the head. I have done what he has and its interesting that near the base pressing my fingers together with my penis between them, the penile tissue gets compressed much like a sponge and very easily... where as when I get closer to midshaft, all of a sudden there is a noticeable increase in density and the tissue does not get nearly compressed as much.

i usually sleep 8 hours a night.

Gold, you're right I'm not taking ephedrine right now.


I'm not taking either at the moment. ephedrine I only take momentarily for cut down, for 4 to 7 weeks.. if that, and creatine is during winter time.

manual stretches, I dont do that often, but doing them doesn't really make my grip sore. they did when i first started Penis Enlargement but now I have penis hands... and penis hands are strong :cool:
 
Looks like a mental thing to me. Some breathing techniques from yoga/meditation and anything to unfocus might be helpful.
 
vaseline, this sounds like an epic puzzle of dungeon master difficulty.

just be glad that you don't have the opposite problem. Try to reverse kegel slightly to inflate the glans. That is strange that your inner penis is sore....a promising sign.

I remember about 4 or 5 years ago, I saw a few ���� pics that were like nothing I had ever seen, and they were real. There was this one dude with a freaking long one, but his inner penis, or his freaking ass muscle between his legs, was ginormous. That is how I knew it was not fake. the guy must have been at least, at least 12 inches.

I have also read that when you exercise hard, in cardiovascular terms, like sprinting and then doing pushups...circuit stuff...you create more than twice the amount of blood needed to fill a nine inch penis.

also, has anyone's voice gotten insanely deeper after getting good at kegels and gaining mass down there? I know I have, and the funny thing is, people know of this as well. If my voice is like booming and growling and shit, I have heard people go "you asshole!". Maybe its just me but thats a little scary...how do they know that?(jim gaffigan soft voice, if you know of the comedian)

I wouldn't mind being that big, but I wouldn't want to have a huge flaccid hang, I would try to get my shit to curl up to hang at like 7" or something. Having a huge flaccid hang is distracting in public, to me. I wouldn't want to walk up to the check out, and the cashier is giving me wide eyed looks and talking softly....then im like " great, so this guy/girl(ok) is just talkin to my dick! fagmeister..."
