I'm posting for the past 3 days since I haven't posted my last two.

Day 1, 2 and 3: Newbie Routine + Bathmate

Day 1: Newbie Routine

I started w/ a 10 minute warm up and then I started the stretching portion. When I was stretching inconsistently I noticed that it was hard to keep a good enough grip to stretch with the amount of force I wanted to so I decided to use some latex gloves I had sitting around. HUGE DIFFERENCE! I was able to stretch w/ a lot more force and if you don't feel you're getting a good enough manual stretch and you don't have a LengthMaster, I would advise the use of latex gloves. I didn't do the behind the cheek stretch, for some reason I just don't enjoy that stretch so I decided to leave it out. After the stretches I went straight into the jelq and I jelqed for 10 minutes. I judge how good of a jelq I'm getting simply by how my penis looks while jelqing it. If it looks real veiny and girthy like a whole lot of blood is getting into it then I'm good. If not, then I need to up the pressure. I had a good jelqing session and a good overall workout. My penis didn't feel fatigued, but it felt worked so that's a positive sign. I didn't use the Bathmate since I was dreading the feeling of my balls being sucked in so I decided to leave the workout on that note.

Day 2: Newbie Routine + Bathmate

Time: 10 Minute Session
Supplements: None

I didn't even warm up today and I could pretty much tell the difference. I see what people mean when they say the warm up really loosens everything up for you. I did the stretches regardless and I'm starting to want to add another stretch or 2 in my length routine but I don't want to push it at the same time. The stretches were ok but I wasn't really into them today and I really think it was the fact that I didn't warm up. The jelqing was pretty good but then I went on the paysite just to watch the videos and saw that I wasn't jelqing correctly ! So I winded up jelqing all over again going for about 10 minutes and then I was ready for the Bathmate. Since I've been reading about it, I figured since you can't do serious damage to your penis with the Bathmate thanks to the pressure safety, I decided to just suck up the pain from my right nut getting pulled in and just take the good with the bad in the situation. I had a nice 10 minute pump where I got to 172 before my right nut got pulled in and it seems once it does, I can't pump any higher but the pressure is greater. After the 10 minutes I jelqed for another 5 minutes, I still can't seem to get the hold of the ssj so I just jelq regularly instead. I went for another session but my right nut kept getting in the way and messing up the suction so I decided to just leave it at that since I was happy with the overall workout.

Day 3: Newbie Routine + Bathmate
Max: 182 !!
Time: 15 minute and 16 minute sessions
Supplements: Omega-3 Fish Oil 1000 mg and MultiVitamin

I got a nice 10 minute warm up and did the usual stretching excluding the behind the cheek stretch. The stretches felt real intense today and I feel like I'm really getting comfortable with pushing myself to the point of discomfort but not pain which I feel is necessary for gains. The discomfort I'm feeling is unique in that I actually enjoy the feeling and look forward to it. I then decided to jelq 300 times since I read something on the forum that said it's better to count the reps than to time it. Then I used the Bathmate for 15 minutes and pumped to about 177 ! I decided that I want to try to pump about an inch higher than I am so about 7 inches more or less and keep trying to improve from there. My right nut got pulled in but I just put some music on and ignored the pain and eventually the pain went away once I got used to the feeling. I couldn't pump any higher than 177 after my right nut got sucked in but I didn't care because I'm usually about 5.9 right under 6 on the ruler and 177 mm is about 6.9 on the ruler so that's a good inch difference. After I finished that first session I jelqed 300 times just to substitute the slow squash jelqs and then I got back in the Bathmate. The 2nd session was a little more difficult as I had a hard time keeping the suction at first but I winded up getting a great pump all the way to 182 before my right nut got sucked in ! I just kept re-pumping every couple of minutes to keep myself at 182 and keep the suction good. I left it on another minute just because it winded up feeling so good at 182 and just looking at it at 182 made me feel great. When I got out of the Bathmate I was super thick ! I don't have anything to measure girth so I don't know the temporary gain w/ it but my temporary length gain was about 0.15 or 0.2 . I would like to get more out of it but I'm happy w/ that and I'm sure my temporary girth was incredible. I jelqed 500 more times and decided that my penis was worked enough w/ those 2 sessions and just took a shower as a warm down. I had a bit of fluid retention but it really wasn't that bad and as I'm typing this, it's just about gone. I'm going to buy a cock ring soon I just don't know which one is the best one but I'm sure someone will let me know so thanks in advance and I'm also going to purchase some leech oil. I'm looking to get a sizegenetics extender and a LengthMaster in the future but for now I'll just keep working hard on this routine.
 
Day 4: Rest

My flaccid felt kind of hard today so I decided to just do some kegels and let myself rest. I don't really have a schedule for days on or days off, I'll just pe everyday until I feel I need a rest and decide from there.
 
good job on the progress thread...it should keep you motiviated..and also very good on giving yourself a break..always good to listen to your body...reduces the risk of injury.

It seems that the guys who put up a log and keep steady with it gain the fastest.
 
Day 5: Newbie Routine

Didn't use the Bathmate today due to lack of time but I'll eventually get it in as an every day procedure. Did all my stretches with the latex gloves on and got a really good stretch in all directions. I can really feel the stretch at the base of my penis, I don't know if this is me gaining base girth or length coming out but either way it's got that positive feel of discomfort to it ! Jelqed I would say about 350 - 400 times I really lose count trying to focus on the feeling of it all but I just know I had a good jelqing session. I finally did the testicle health massage because I realize if my balls hang lower I'd have less problems with the Bathmate and that massage works good as hell ! My balls were hanging pretty low and I felt really horny afterwards lol . I can see how this exercise is really good for you in the long run and I'll definitely be incorporating that in my sessions for now on. Most likely will be getting a heating pad from cvs tomorrow if they have one as that will make for a more convenient warm up .

@ DLD: Yeah I think having the progress log pushes you to do the exercises because I always want to be able to report some progress !
 
Day 6: Newbie Routine + Bathmate
Time: Two 16 Minute Sessions
Max: First Session, 187 !!!!! Second Session, 182
Supplements: None

I started w/ my usual 10 minute warm up with soaking a rag in hot water . I think I might want to get a heating pad for the future that just seems more convenient for me. I did my stretches anywhere from 30 seconds to 1 minute each depending on how I felt with each stretch. Again, I excluded the behind the cheek stretch but I'm thinking about incorporating that in on some days. I'm still trying to find a solid stretch to replace that daily and then have that on days when I feel like doing that particular stretch. My penis definetely had more blood flow after stretching and I again felt a lot of pressure in the base of my penis not sure if that's girth or length. Then I did my jelqing session for 300 jelqs and had a great session. I wouldn't call it clamped jelqing but the way I jelq is I jelq up and before I even get all the way up my shaft I quickly clamp the base and then finish the jelq w/ the hand that's going up the shaft and continue to alternate. Also if I start jelqing flaccid, I don't even count those jelqs into my 300 or however many I decide to do that day (Minimum 300). Then I did the testicle health massage which I personally think is one of the greatest pe exercises off all time ! If you're not doing this exercise you're missing out on a lot ! Especially if you have the Bathmate and you have trouble with your balls getting sucked in, I can't say it will work for everybody but w/ my Bathmate session today, I had probably the greatest session I've had w/ the Bathmate yet and my balls didn't get pulled in until I was trying to take it off.

Now for the Bathmate sessions, I started the 1st one entering erect and pumped up to about 172. I like to pump aggressively w/ the Bathmate knowing that it's a very safe device. I don't really know what it means when you pump so high but I can only assume it's doing you good so I always aim for the highest pump I can handle. After a couple of minutes I repumped and got to 180-181 ! The last time I was in the Bathmate I got to 182 and I still had a good amount of time left so I was pretty excited to see if I could get to 185 in it. After my next repump I winded up getting all the way to 187 !! This was w/ about 4-5 minutes to go so I let it sit at 187 and then took it off. I had a real positive attitude w/ the Bathmate today especially since my balls didn't get sucked in thanks to the Testicle Massage. When I got out of the Bathmate, the expansion was pretty crazy ! I know it was partially fluid retention but it wasn't really noticeable and to see your dick that big is always an ego booster lol . I jelqed 300 times, did the Testicle Massage again and then got back in the Bathmate this time pumping up to about 164-165. I waited 7 minutes and then pumped up to about 175. It got really tight at this point but it wasn't unbareable, just uncomfortable for the moment. I waited a couple more minutes to see if the pain would subside and it did. Music really helps you forget about the discomfort. Then I repumped again close to the end of my session and got to 182 . During the end of the session I just decided to do 3 sets of 50 rotary stretches and 50 kegels while in the Bathmate. On the 3rd set I did 75 rotary stretches as I really liked the intense feeling I felt through the inner penis. For some reason when I kegeled the Bathmate would move down instead of up, I still felt the effects so I'm not complaining just noticing and wondering why. I got out after my 2nd 16 minute session and as I was getting out my ball got sucked in but I just lifted the Bathmate up while holding the pressure release button and it actually made it easier to get out of the Bathmate since my ball being sucked in and me turning it straight up made it lose some of the suction. I did 310 more jelqs (Just felt like doing 10 more) did the Testicle Health Massage one more time and then started writing this thread lol . All in all a really great session and I can see how this combination can make for great gains fast. The only thing I would like to know is is there anyway to get more temporary length from the Bathmate ? I haven't measured my girth yet but I'm getting 0.1 maybe 0.2 temporary gains and that might just be better EQ. Again, I'm not complaining because I'm greatful for that and the girth I'm just wondering . Now I'm getting ready to shower and warm down .

Woke up today (After only 5 hours of sleep) with morning wood and my flaccid feels full and hangs nice ! My balls also are hanging lower and I really love the Testicle Health Massage. I might do my stretching in the afternoon and girth work at night or I might do it all in one session we'll see how it goes .

Testicle Health Massage is awesome, the results are so fast! Your penis will hang lower and lower.
 
Sorry I've been gone for a minute I went to school and between my class schedule and moving in I haven't been able to pe much. I did I believe 2 days last week but didn't even document it. I also haven't had internet since going to school I just winded up getting it today. So here I am again, sticking to the name NoQuit and starting over again. I can say this week break alone has let me know that this works. My penis just has felt better all the time. I'm getting ready to do a session right now and will report back when I am finished.

I started with about an 8 minute warm up which sort of loosened me up but not too much. I wasn't really into this session because I was tired as hell but I forced myself through it knowing it would pay off later. The stretches were pretty good could've been better then I jelqed for maybe 3 minutes but I just wasn't in the mood to jelq so I went to the Bathmate. I can't remember my max pump but I know it was a long session and doing the Testicle Health Massage (My favorite exercise btw) helped keep my nuts from getting sucked in. After the session I went straight to sleep. Can't remember too much about the session but just felt good that I got myself back in to the habit of Penis Enlargement.

Time: 3 10 Minute Sessions
Max: 182

Started w/ a 10 minute warm up maybe more and I was really loose after the warm up. I had the type of stretching session that makes you feel like you might have pulled some length out instantly. Very good feeling. I jelqed for 10 minutes after that and then got in the Bathmate. No �naked people movies� for the erection today which I'm very proud of. I read on this forum about a guy who has a problem similar to mine. It seems like when it's time for penetration for some reason I just can't keep it hard. I've done it before but it's been like this for a while now. I'm not opposed to viagra but don't want to become dependent on it in anyway. Back to the exercises though, The pumps were all pretty good. On the 2nd session my right nut got sucked in but I dealt w/ the pain and still got a good pump. My only question is I measured my girth before and after the pump and I went from 5.25 to 5.375 is this less than normal ? It just seems like other guys talk about a half inch and stuff and I was just wondering why I didn't see that. Not a problem as I'm happy with the way it looked and with the extra girth. Hardly any fluid retention which I'm also happy about and I'll be warming down in a couple of minutes. Real Good Session.
