1.What happens is that you were very exited about the exercises when you started, but that like anything will pass. Maybe you can try out new jelq techniques like slow squash jelqs to keep yourself motivated/passionate about PE.
2.Yes you can jelq downwards it makes me more engorged when I do.

Keeping your mind into the sexual material you are watching and away from other, interfering thoughts will help you most. If I am doing girth work and then start obsessing about the size of the guys ends I am watching I will lose my erection, if I let my mind drift at all I can loose it. Try keeping your mind on the erotic nature of what you are watching and treat the girth work the same way you would ����. If this still is not working you can add in PE pills like Titans to help with erection or some Viagra. Sometimes we need to supplement when other methods are not working.
 
Thanks for the reply DLD, I would rather not build up a dependency on pills for my workouts. I will give your advice a try and let you know how it goes =)

If you masturbate always and you are doing girth work, your erection will suffer during your workout
