Hey guys,

I have been doing PE since January, & currently own the Phallosan Forte extender & Bathmate x 40 Xtreme. They are both awesome devices and I like them a lot, however I need some advice on how to get the best out of them.

I have been using the Bathmate 1 day on - 1 day off, pumping for a total of 20 minutes which are broken up into four 5 minute sessions( not extremely consistently though, due to work etc, but at least twice per week). The immediate gains are fantastic, my dick blows up to about 6 inches in girth ( see images) and stays that way for about 6-8 hours. The problem is that I am a good few months down the line now, and I have seen nothing in the way of cementing any of the temporary gains.

Also having read DLD's thread on SRT, I was hoping to come up with a routine for my PF extender. So far I have logged 100 hours in the device but unfortunately again, no gains to speak of(my dick is hanging lower though). To this point I have kept the device in the mid to high green. Am I correct in saying that after the manual stretching in the morning( Newbie Routine) I should wear the device at a much higher tension for about 90 minutes, then reduce it to allow recovery in an elongated state?

So for arguments sake, if I wear the device 10 hours a day the routine would be like:

Warm up / Manual Stretching 15 minutes

Then in the Phallosan:

1 Hour 30 mins (mid to high yellow) high tension
4 Hours (mid to high green) recovery
1 hour 30 mins (mid to high yellow) high tension
3 Hours (mid to high green) recovery

Would something like that work?

Any advice or insights would be massively appreciated guys, because currently I am in PE limbo :s

This newer routine sounds like you have taken some of the advice of SRT which is very smart. SRT puts focus not only on gaining but on healing (a very important part of growth). Aside from girth issues are you seeing an increase in length? You look pretty huge from the picture, what are your stats?

I have seen no increase in length at all. Now admittedly I have only used an extender for 100 hours as stated (and been doing the newbie stretching routine for a couple of weeks), my dick is defiantly hanging lower than it usually does, but no erect or flaccid gains as yet to speak of. Even after a 20 minute BM session, I don't seem to gain any length either. My current stats are 7.3 BPEL and 5.3 EG./ 4.7 Flaccid length/ 4.0 Flaccid girth. When I am in the bathmate and pump to the max, I hitting the 8" mark no problem.

I am wondering does the duration of a full erection while in the BM play in a role in how much you gain? I suffer from PE and sometimes have to enter the Bathmate at about 60-70% erect, as anymore stimulation would cause me to ejaculate. Also because of this, I can stay hard for maybe 30 seconds in the beginning, not very long really. Maybe what I am seeing here is more water retention that actual tissue expansion?

The routine that I mentioned above....do you think this would be appropriate to use? Or would you make any tweaks to get a better workout? I want to make sure that I understand SRT correctly, expanding the tissue and allowing my dick to recover in the stretched out position.

Best way to cemant gains = read the SRT

Not familiar with the PF but i think you can use it just as a normal extender?You can use the PF instead of sizegenetics i guess, follow the SRT and you will cement those gains.

After length routine i just use the extender at high tension for 3 hours ( 2 sets of 1,5 h , you need to take it off to check circulation but i think you don't need to do that with the PF,again im not familiar with it ) and then i wear it with low tension( for healing ) for as long as possible,usually for about 2 hours,or even more if i can..i think this is the best way to gain and cement length.

I would say that consistency is where you need to put efforts and be sure to follow the SRT routine as closely as you can. For instance you should not be going into the BathMate 20 minutes. The BathMate sessions should always be broken into supersets using the SlowSquashJelq as the counter to the BathMate use, this will bring much greater tissue expansion instead of fluid. I would also step up your SizeGenetics game and work in manual stretches in-between sets. A 5 minute session will work wonders in-between each hour of extending. There are many other important points in SRT that will help you break this plateau. You are so close now to where you want to be.
 
Follow the SRT for your girth session, pump for 5 minutes, after pumping for 5 minutes do 5 minutes jelq. Repeat the process 3 times. You will get good expansion with little to no fluid retention. For length work, I suggest you do manual stretches right before you wear the SG. If you have some more to money to spare, you can buy the length master, it's cheap.
 
I'd highly recommend a good kegel routine as well under all of this- if you're suffering from PE, and the bathmate is causing issue with that, I'd be sure to get into a good solid consistent routine of kegels. Personally, I couldn't for the life of me be arsed to do them, but I realized that as soon as I started doing them, I could maintain a solid erection in the bathmate, and the solidity of that erection allowed for WAY less fluid buildup, like, almost none actually, and I started noticing a lot more in length gain in a very short time period - I mean, like within the week of starting them.

Give it a shot, do the kegel routine as outlined in the DLD Newbie routine, say, before you do any manual stretching. Personally, I get more better length work done in the LM or in any sort of ADS after I wear my PC out, then the next morning, it's had a bit of time to heal and is rearing to go again.

@ pogzee, Yes the plan was to fix the bend initially, but my gf really likes it, so now it's not as high a priority.

@bluetard117 I was doing a kegel routine back when I started, I actually think its what made me more pre mature. I can do normal kegels no problem, its the reverse kegel that is giving me problems, I never know if I am doing them correctly.....any suggestions?

@ DLD, with regards to jelqing, I have never really been sure about it either, it seems you need to get into a certain threshold of erection level and maintain it, in order to see results. This is has always been a problem for me as I am never quite sure what % level I am at. I can start at the level I want (usually 30-60%), but as a few minutes go by, my dick is engorged with blood.... it's hard to tell if I am still at a level where I am being productive?

You should be working as close to erect as possible but don't become too obsessed with it. During an average session for me I float from 100% to about 80% and everything in between. I do not use the basic jelq any longer though, I use the SlowSquashJelq exclusively.
 
Quite a lot of articles I have read on jelqing say not to do it with too high an erection level, as it can cause damage, thats why I have always played it on the safer side. So DLD for arguments sake, I start jelqing at 80%....but after a minute or so I notice that my erection level has dropped, do I re stimulate myself and start over, or keep going because I have shit loads of blood already trapped in my penis?

Any kind of girth exercise requires to be as erect as possible...ignore other forums,most of them are so scared of PE that if they see a red dot on their penis they take a year off just to be sure....

Yes i have the same problem too,after a few minutes my erection goes down ... even if i have ���� open...personally i just stop and stimulate myself a bit,then start again.

Thanks for you response bud, do you count your jelqs or do you set yourself time limits? If I set myself a 5 min limit its never really 5 mins as you say because you need to re stimulate yourself.

I set a time..for exemple..i plan to jelq for 20 minutes...but in the end i count 25...i jelq for 5 more minutes , because i have to restimulate myself.

You need a good deal or engorgement for best results just not fully erect as it becomes too stiff for creating "waves" in the tunica.
 
I think it best to create a time more than a count for jelqing (and other girth work) counting can sometimes take away from focus, but setting a timer and putting your entire focus into the exercise will always be better.

Do you have some advice for the other problem , DLD ? The erection one?Lately i can't do any kind of girth work....even if i watch ���� or i have ���� open,when i start jelqing or whatever girth exercise,my erection level drops from 100 % to 50 or even below that....can't say if im too focused on the exercise or my penis is getting used to PE and it's not that sensitive anymore..

I noticed the same thing ChilDsh, the action of jelqing used to keep me hard, but now I am not as sensitive anymore so its more difficult to stay harder for the length of a session. Hopefully DLD has some advice on this issue. Also to this stage, I have only ever jelqed in an upward motion, is it possible to jelq in a downward motion with your head pointing towards the floor?
