Theman, i don't think the time you put in is long enough. I think you need more time under tension not just a hour twice aday. I think once you get loosened up you stop, when you need to keep it stretched for longer. It's like you get everything loose then you stop and have to restart what you started. Id either look into a good stretcher to help keep what you worked for. And maybe get a hanger and for that hour use the hanger then put on the stretcher when your all loosened up.
