Sorry I have been gone everyone.... I typed that the wrong way. I am doing 5 minute stretches as in Ill do each stretch from the MOS stretches 1 minute each way twice and one final set of 3o seconds each way. I hope that clears it up. I have been doing bundled stretches 1 minute each way so 5 directions left right up down straight out 1 minute each out. it could be intensity not sure I really like to think I pull hard and i do two workouts every day. Should I start hanging??
