So ive been on a routine dld gave me
Twice a day dld newbie routine with lengthmaster and than at night do dld length blasters and dld fulcrum with tunica stretching before thst
Than the second day is two sessions again morning i do sling shot power assist a stretch 2 handed a stretch base twist and body rock
And than at night i do bow and arrow stretch down and out rocking stretch side fulcrum tunica fulcrum stretch. Each stretch is held for 5 'inutes and tunica stretch warmup before. I have done this every day with sometimes 2 days off or 1 day on while wearing a sleeve. I have been doing this since january still not 1 little gain. Why? Can someone please help me?
 
Dude, I'me telling you right now, the reason the phase one works so well is because of the combination of flaccid stretching and semi erect jelq sretching. So if you aren't doing both, it aint going to do much.
When stopped the jelqing, my length gains stopped, also, if you aren't using baby powder for grip when stretching, you won't gain shit.
Lastly, everyone gains differently, what works for one, may not work for another, i see to much of the ''this is how you do it'' bull, everyone is different, some people gain mad girth from just jelqing, some people need clamped squeezes, all depends.
 
5 minutes stretches? When I stretch I can hold, depending on the stretch, for a max of 1 minute before my arms are killing me. So my question is how much force are you putting it to your stretches.

A while back I gave some of my thoughts of stretching here.

While long duration is good when stretching, I can guarantee with 100% certainty that for any manual stretches, your intensity is not even close to being high enough if you are able to hold for 5 minutes. I can do 30-60 seconds tops before my grip gives out, and my grip is pretty damn strong.

Even with the lengthmaster, I would bet that you're getting more of a skin stretch than actual penis tissue. For a while I was researching hanging, which uses similar principles of attaching to the penis as the lengthmaster, and I learned that there is always a period of skin stretching that newbies go through before they start feeling the stretch in their penis/ligs.

I would focus on perfecting your grip and ramping up the intensity over time. I think there's often a mental block happening when guys start yanking on their penis that holds them back, and guys think they are pulling hard when they really aren't.

true everyone is different,but the LM can really help him out if he knows how to use it dont you think,i have been using it for a while now and i have just started to understand how to stretch properly and feel some intensity(slow learner)lol.

Besides i think tunica deformation can help you out too

Deffinitely, th LM s a tried and true piece of equipment, but like i said, simple thing like adding baby powder to your grip hand make a huge difference. DLD use to mention stuff like this a lot back in the day, but i think most people just skip over it's importance, also, like the others pointed out, 5 min is way to long a stretch.

I look at that routine and have to believe part of the issue must be intensity. A single INTENSE newbie routine with the lengthmaster per day should have produced some gain by now. And there's no way you could maintain or tolerate a 5 minute GOOD stretch with the lengthmaster. I gained 1/8 of an inch of BPFSL in ~3 weeks using a single lengthmaster newbie routine per day. Are you warming up with bundled stretches before your routine? Is this the missing link? Workout every single day if possible. I also use the sight of red dots after a session to gauge whether the workout was beneficial. Not to the point of one large mass of dots but an amount that has faded before the next days workout.

I agree.......no way you're even close on intensity!! You really need to step that up, and I assure you.....the gains will start coming! Look at it like this.....every day, I hang 15lbs on my dick.......do you think you're putting even half that pull on yours?? The other thing is.....I'm sure people get tired of me preaching this, but I'm a believer......get you an extender, and stay in it, every minute you're not stretching!! It works!!

Either you've got an insane amount of hand and arm strength or like others have said the intensity isn't there. I can pull HARD with my hands and at the 45 second mark I'm about done. Additionally if you are actually able to pull intensely for that long you'd be too sore to stretch for at least a day. When I jumped from 30 to 45 second manual stretches in the Newbie Routine I was sore for a week. I was still able up stretch but it was very tender at the beginning. You could be so sore that you think you're stretching but really you aren't.

I'm no PE master, I'm still very new myself, but I'm looking at this from just the mechanics of the body and how things work and heal. You'd have to have Popeye forearms and eat your spinach to be able to repeatedly pull with sufficient intensity repeatedly and even then it'd be hard to do.

I hope you're able to nail down the problem and make this work.
 
Pro tip: the secret to fast girth gains is keeping your EQ 110%. U need to pump a lot but u also have to use that thang!

And stretch at every chance you can and when you can't stretch use an extender to stretch for you. Even better the Phallosan all night and all day!
 
Newbie routine not following it anymore,i started whit hanging three days ago,and feels great,besides passive stretching alows to use my hands doing something else..
