I know this is probably a stupid question but is the way you use the cable clamp the same way you do regular jelqs and with lubrication right?

Thanks for the reviews, helps me out a bit with my decision on whether to get the full bibhanger or just the bibstarter. Since I'm low on funds right now and my girth isn't all too big I can still go with the starter and feel confident about it. :cool:
