Post below. What the most you gained in the shortest time be it due to weight lose or tunica/lig stretching or a combination of both!
 
1" erect length and 1/4" erect girth in a month!!!! check out "exileds ultimate proof if you had doubts" for regimen that made this happen

I did man thats pretty fucking amazing.....inspirational, and hepcat from what I read I think it was a year he gained those 2 inchs.

The most I gained was from less that 4 inches to 5.65 in two months purely jelqing and then 6.65 in Oct most people agree that I must have pulled my inner penis by jelqing.
I have been using a combo of extender and Bathmate but less jelqs. I find extender the most beneficial with Bathmate the least beneficial perhaps it helped with girth because my dick is definetly fatter when I slide it through myx4 lab standard base and I wear 6 size condom.
My current size is 7x 5.5
 
I have seen gains reported as crazy as an inch after one session:) Look around and you will find it. I think the fastest gain, that was made public, with proof, is an inch in a month.
 
There is a big difference between early gains and late gains.

I started on my own and figured out a stretch for my suspensory lig. I gained and gained at first because it was all just that one place. Lig gains come easy, the later work is harder.

I'd be curious to hear from people who gained after their newbie gains.
 
I've gained on average when doing Penis Enlargement diligently roughly 1/4 inch a year in length.

The first week I cemented Kegels and RK's into my routine, about a year ago, I gained .3 in length, about .4 in base girth and better overall girth. This was a week of intense PE. After that first week, which was the start of serious PE for me that year, I procrastinated a bit and took my foot off the pedal just doing medium intensity and less sets for the following few month or so. I continued that year with medium intensity and a stagnant research attitude, not ideal but I did get a small steady gain from those half-assed months as well. Of course I wish I continued the intensity I had that first magical week and did more research, but I'm making up for that now and doing more than ever. My research has exploded and I'm back to full intensity. My gains for the past 2 weeks have been .3 in length and overall girth is continuing to expand.

When I was asked early in my career how I gained so much so fast the biggest difference between me and men who were not gaining was the Kegel work I did, this is why the Kegel routine became part of the MOS Program. The use of Kegels is just as important as the exercises used to gain.
 
My fastest gains were 0.4" in my first two months with the DLDnewbie routine, after that gains have slowed down and took me another 10months to gain an additional 0.6.

I remember one guy on the official FastSize forums that gained 1 inch in length 5.5->6.5 in one weekend wearing the extender a few hours/day and had pictures to prove it, as a side note the results most users reported on the forum were about 1"/year witch was way lower then the "guaranteed" 2-3" in 12 weeks promoted by the fastsize website so they shut down the forum to hide the real evidence from the eventual buyers.

I should mention I started PE with the Kegel and RK and then cemented it more as I realized the PE forums were praising it. But this was my strength instinctively before learning more about other exercises, meaning I could have gained even more if I knew and did the other exercises. It's just that that was the only thing I knew at that rookie stage, but just a small discovery triggered me to go all out.

At the moment it's very simple because my research input is very high so I'm running small tests on the side separate from my actual routine. But right now I do the top 2 exercises along with Erect Bends which are in my sig, I do it either in one session or spread throughout the day, no set schedule, either the whole session in the morning, or half in morning and other half maybe at afternoon or night. My sets are sporadic, but usually at least 3 sets of whatever exercise I'm either doing or testing. Sometimes I will do a lot more sets. I don't believe in a set constant schedule UNTIL I know more and feel it is necessary to comply with a set schedule to compare it to a non-set schedule. I have a long way to go because I have yet to introduce ADS or any tools to my routine. But what I do have is solid knowledge and hard-work ethic.
 
Also I have yet to CEMENT a length routine. I fickle with the known flaccid stretches we have here, but I will be adding them slowly but surely.

That's what I did when DLD and Red were dropping new exercises at least once a week. I experimented with a ton of stuff, but now I'm back to basics. Hard stretching in every direction, blue whale's stretches, A stretches and Y stretches. Don't want to overcondition my penis before I even get started.
