I hate them little blue pills. I'd rather have half chub all night, than suffer those sides. Eww. You get the stomach issues and nasal congestion? I tried various ways of counteracting them with decongestants and tummy pills, but after the antidepressant, penis pills, and stuff you had to take to counteract the antidepressants and penis pills: I got off very thing all together and haven't been happier since with both my mental health and pe health. I really need your help and advice on this. Lately I have been having low EQ and when I do get an erection while having sex with a girl or during foreplay, my penis only stays hard for a while and then it goes away.

Recently I was about to have sex with this girl and as soon as I went for the condom and tore it open to put it on, I looked out and my erection was already going down.

I need to fix this asap. This is embarrassing. I don't know if its from watching too much ���� or poor blood circulation. Maybe I need to start exercising on a regular.

I've been going at my Penis Enlargement rountines non stop lately and probably only missing a day or two in the week. My routine is edging on some days or jelquing for 1/2 hour to 1 hour and then going into the bathmate to do bathmate stretches for a bout 20 -30 mins.

For this entire routine I always use ����, which means I watch ���� nearly everyday. Is that bad? Could that be the reason my erection quality is low when having sex? What can I do to fix that? Because, I do need the ���� to do my PE routine right?

Your problem is lack of Kegels. It might be as a result of masturbation too (if you are masturbating). Your length and girth routine are not solid enough.

When shooting for length, you cannot rely on Jelq alone. You need to add a solid length routine with jelqing. Jelqing is an amateur exercise. Get yourself a length master and use it for a minimum of 40 mins daily (two 20 mins session).

For girth, do the 5x5x3 routine.
