Hey DLD and other MOS Members,

I really need your help and advice on this. Lately I have been having low EQ and when I do get an erection while having sex with a girl or during foreplay, my penis only stays hard for a while and then it goes away.

Recently I was about to have sex with this girl and as soon as I went for the condom and tore it open to put it on, I looked out and my erection was already going down.

I need to fix this asap. This is embarrassing. I don't know if its from watching too much ���� or poor blood circulation. Maybe I need to start exercising on a regular.

I've been going at my Penis Enlargement rountines non stop lately and probably only missing a day or two in the week. My routine is edging on some days or jelquing for 1/2 hour to 1 hour and then going into the bathmate to do bathmate stretches for a bout 20 -30 mins.

For this entire routine I always use ����, which means I watch ���� nearly everyday. Is that bad? Could that be the reason my erection quality is low when having sex? What can I do to fix that? Because, I do need the ���� to do my PE routine right?
 
Have a kegel routine, stop masturbating, and stop watching ����, thats what i do when my erection starts going weak. Also make sure your doing your exercises right. For example when I extend when Im numb i notice my erections become weak and when im resting anytime i see any type of numbness i actually get a harder erection than when i started.
 
I appreciate your advice DanTheMan8910, but how can I stop watching ���� if I need it to stay hard for my PE exercises routine such as jelquing and bathmate routines?

And when I jelq or edge I don't ejaculate. My penis seems like it has grown a bit bigger or thicker. Could that be why I am experiencing eq? Or could I be using too much for the bathmate sessions?

Anyone else? Your advice will be greatly appreciated.
 
Cut back on the ���� and masterbating. Exercise is a good idea anyways regardless of your sex life. PE usually increases erections, so make sure you aren't doing too many exercises or blowing your load too often. And lastly I would make sure you are not just having anxiety about sex. Maybe try fucking a different girl or make her suck it really good.

Can you give me some advice on how to jelq at good percentage in erection and to do bathmate stretches with a good enough eq without the use of ����?

Start looking at bath mate and jelqs as something sexual that feels good instead of a chore. I get excited about bath mate because it feels good and I am doing something for myself. Jelqs are fun and you get to see nice expansion it's good for your ego. Also try doing a girth session without cumming
 
Thanks once again acromegaly, but thats what I'm trying to tell you. I try to do all my girth work which edging and jelqing and bathmate stretches without coming. But there is still some pre cum though.
 
I would say massage your penis into an erection, that works for ne sometimes.

Relax and get your mind into her and what she wants. Spend time servicing her and before you know it you will be rock hard. Thinking too much on the issue will make it worse so you need to get your mind off the erection and into the foreplay. Once you have relaxed you will be good to go. You can also use Viagra, this works for me every time.
 
I know this might be shocking advice but have you considered stopping PE for a few days? It sounds like you're working yourself pretty hard with your routine and so it could be simply fatigue that's causing issues.

Fatigue can play a role in poor erections. 24 hours without PE would be smart if you know when you are going to have sex...unfortunately this does not allow for spontaneity.
 
If your using the bathmate everyday. Then cut it down to every second day. I fine if I use the bathmate every day it really fatigues my penis. Maybe this is the problem to.
 
Hey Guys, DLD,

I totally get what you are saying that I should take some time off from P.E or 24 hours, but didn't you once say that it is better to have no off days for P.E in order to make your gains faster.

I don't want to slow down the progress in gaining girth, that is what I am working on right now. I am 8. something inches erect and 5.5 inches erect girth. I am trying to reach to at least 6.5 inches in erect girth.

But I guess I will have to try something because not being able to maintain an erection during sex with a girl is embarrassing.

So what's the best advice, should I take a week off and see what happens or take 24 hours off? The thing is I don't have sex on a regular either, its kinda on random days. So I wouldn't be able to test and check if my erection is back to normal so easy.

If that is the case just order some Viagra and you'll be able to get erection any time.
 
Do kegels

Take Viagra

Eat healthy

Take a week off of any activity that involves ����, sex, and masturbation
 
it looks more of a fatigue thing.....if not then as they say kegels first and then go for viagra of you really need sex
 
Even if it is fatigue, work in more kegels when you recover and take days off from time to time. Yes, PE every day IS better for gains but losing EQ is not, until you can go 7 days a week, every week without trouble, you're going to need rest days. Don't push yourself too far to fast.
 
You will eventually find a pattern in fatigue cycles to where you will know when it will be an issue with eq. Until then or in the case you want to have sex on a day there is fatigue, definitely get yourself some Viagra as a backup plan.
