Currently, I am 18 and I am 6.75 inches BPEL and 5.5 inches MEG.

I have been doing PE on and off for a while now. Initially, I gained .25 inches in length and girth from the bathmate, but was not able to bring it up to college with me (long story).

So, for the past week I have been doing DLD's newbie routine.

Is there a specific manual routine that would allow me to meet my goals in a short (4-5 months) time that you would recommend? Personal experience?

Hi, I would recommend you to do the manual strecthes. I gained most of my length gains from these exercises. Then it comes to girth the only exercise that I gained from was slow squash jelq. Hope this helps and good luck

The Newbie Routine should be plenty to get you to your goal. If you start to see gains slow you can incorporate more intense exercise that will keep the gains coming. For instance if the jelq stops producing expansion you can switch it out for the SlowSquashJelq, if the stretches stop producing gains you can work in another stretch like DLD Blasters. The goal will be to gain good temporary expansion and elongation after every workout so just keep a close eye on your gains.

Sounds good. I will stay on it. How often should I be measuring in order to see if I am making gains or not?

do newbie routine 2x a day if you can the streching portion atleast , and i would say one month but you can cheat 2 weeks in if you beleive your getting crazy gains 1 month is better

You can measure flaccid-stretched bone-pressed every week to make sure length gains are coming. With girth you should measure after each session to make sure you are experiencing expansion. I would only measure erect length after 2-3 months.

My route to length gains early on was through working my suspensory ligament. Get an erection then explore how to grip as low as possible and pull down so that the ligs on the top get stretched. I was able to release about 1.75 in maybe 6-9 months. Everyone is different. But work those ligs and release what you already have.

It's easy to do. Use a palm up grip and come in from underneath and behind your balls. Use even tension, no hard fast pulling, to stretch downward.

My biggest girth gains came from squash jelqs. They will get you an extra .5 inches in girth fast.

Expressive stretching and SlowSquashJelqs, a killer combination!
