Ok, since the answers of this thread were of big help to me, I made myself a kegel routine and I would like you to tell me what your thoughts are.
My first exercise is stop pee. Just because I can feel tension in my PC muscles, I began drinking 3-4 liters or 101- 135 oz per day. I've seen good results so far- I can't stop peeing, every 15-20 minutes I feel like I must go.
Number two goes for stop-start jerking. I masturbate and when I am at the climax, I use my PC muscles to to get back. Sometimes a few drops go out if I don't stop as early as I have to, but I find this a good exercise.
And the third is just kegels and Reverse Kegels. I am currently doing normal kegels( feel something, but can't describe it as a discomfort tension). I hold for about 1-2 seconds and start again. About the RKs, I found that the only way to do them is clean( clean bowl). These kegels on the other side, make me feel a little tension, but not as much as I have read some people say "When I flex to the max, it's killing pain!".
So I have a few questions: Do you find this routine good and if not what should be removed/added in order to get the best kegel routine?
Do you have any comments for my kegels- should I hold for more than 1-2 seconds? It's obvious that I should do as much as possible and as intense as possible, but is there some kind of discomfort or tension you feel when doing them?
And last, but not least- RKs. How intense should they be and what do you feel (big tension and discomfort, medium, no tension...)?
I find the effects of kegels awesome and that's why I am so pumped up to make my kegel routine as good as possible. Every piece of advice will be warmly greeted.
