Ok, since the answers of this thread were of big help to me, I made myself a kegel routine and I would like you to tell me what your thoughts are.
My first exercise is stop pee. Just because I can feel tension in my PC muscles, I began drinking 3-4 liters or 101- 135 oz per day. I've seen good results so far- I can't stop peeing, every 15-20 minutes I feel like I must go. :)
Number two goes for stop-start jerking. I masturbate and when I am at the climax, I use my PC muscles to to get back. Sometimes a few drops go out if I don't stop as early as I have to, but I find this a good exercise.
And the third is just kegels and Reverse Kegels. I am currently doing normal kegels( feel something, but can't describe it as a discomfort tension). I hold for about 1-2 seconds and start again. About the RKs, I found that the only way to do them is clean( clean bowl). These kegels on the other side, make me feel a little tension, but not as much as I have read some people say "When I flex to the max, it's killing pain!".
So I have a few questions: Do you find this routine good and if not what should be removed/added in order to get the best kegel routine?
Do you have any comments for my kegels- should I hold for more than 1-2 seconds? It's obvious that I should do as much as possible and as intense as possible, but is there some kind of discomfort or tension you feel when doing them?
And last, but not least- RKs. How intense should they be and what do you feel (big tension and discomfort, medium, no tension...)?
I find the effects of kegels awesome and that's why I am so pumped up to make my kegel routine as good as possible. Every piece of advice will be warmly greeted.

P.S I saw that the thread was about kegels and that's why I spammed all of my questions here, hope it's not a problem, brothers.
 
Check out DLD's Newbie Routine. He lays out how to do kegel exercises. Then just do the same with RK. I find you get better results if you do them while hard.
 
Hello mates! I am here to spam a question again. LMAO DLD, you said that kegels should be done throughout the day. Does this include reverse kegels too. Recently I got the hang of kegels and rks. Today I did them throughout the day and found that rks are really tiring. I did them one after another for around 5 seconds. Should I do both of them throughout the day and when not in a routine (in the newbie you recommend 5) for how much seconds each. Thanks in advance. :) :) :)

Question for you gentlemen. Ive started focusing on jelqing in the last week. It seems i am now having a hard time kegeling. The feeling is like when you cant fully flex your bicep to get a good buldge. I assume its some fatigue from adding jelqs. yesterday was day 5 and i did two 15 min straight jelq sessions.....Maybe that's a lil too much too early.

I normally feel kegels and can do 10 second holds all the time. Today i struggle to hold one for 5 seconds. Im positive it's fatigue from the shock of jelqing now. but just getting opinions.
 
I don't get what your question is, grape. Are you having hard time kegeling, because the jelqing session tires you or what? :)

This is no doubt fatigue and will fade eventually as your body becomes conditioned more. If it is causing issues with erection quality during sex then you can cut back your routine a bit until you find a happy medium.
 
thanks boss! It sure was the issue, i laid off jelqing yesterday and was able to feel and isolate kegels today with ease. had excellent kegels in fact

I have a long way to go before i give definitive answers to folks. but i believe the action of kegels expands your girth and stretch your length beyond your normal size (just not as extreme as other Penis Enlargements), which stretches the cells. I dont know how much gain, (this would be a complete guess) maybe an inch of length and half inch of girth over a long ass period of time if you only did kegels. the bright side would be if you achieved that by strictly doing kegels, you would prob have a hunk of iron for a dick.

I need to reboot my routine. I use kegels to fatigue the PC muscles for stretching. Rik during the first half of the stretch.

I use to do about 2000 of them a day but now I tend on focusing on better quality of kegels.
I try to squeeze as hard as I can for 5 seconds and count that as one. Now I do around 300 to 500 and my PC feels more exhausted than when I did 2000.
Occasionally I will also do 1 minute kegels just holding that shit. I average about 10 to 50 a day.

I actually did 2000 every day for 2 weeks once with light stretching and I gained. I don't know why I don't do them more... I'll make it next years resolution?

I think no. What he meant is combining a length or a girth routine with kegeling will speed up the process of gaining due to increased blood flow and improved vascularity to the penis.

Kegeling increases the strength of your PC muscle and, in turn, the amount of blood it will pump into your penis. Should you have a strong enough PC muscle that you are overexpanding your dick every time you go erect, you will gain like nobody's business but, in most cases, any expansion gained this way will be minimal at best. And yeah, hunk of iron fo' sho' dude!
