How many kegels should I do, how many do you do?

I do 500 everyday, some days I do x3 500.

How many months does it take to get a real strong PC muscle?

Millions! Keep adding to what you are doing. Become obsessive about them, do them at every cause as they wil continue to strengthen and allow for greater and greater endurance. My normal routine is this:
100 2sec squeezes
50 5sec squeeezes
30 30sec squeezes
10 1min squeezes

Hahaha! Let me know how you like it! I'm sure this isn't the most intense routine out there, but this is what I do everyday and its super intense on my PC muscles.

I really need to kegel more. I look at your routine and then look at mine which looks like this:

8am-12am - 3-4 kegels.

I read that quick jab kegels are bad, real bad. they aid in premature ejaculation.

Anyone heard of this?

This was discussed here some time ago. Apparently, kegeling brings the prostate forward as part of the action, potentially leading to increased sensitivity and premature ejaculation if the kegel is held during sex. This problem is easily solved by simply not kegeling during sex and learning to control your kegeling can actually help with this. Furthermore, reverse kegeling can be the solution to premature ejaculation.

Indeed it is, there are so many benefits to kegels!
 
After 9 years with my wife i still can suffer from pre matture.....how do i do a reverse kegel then? (i'm sure there are pages after pages about it on here....but)

The kegel is the motion used to stop the pee flow, the reverse kegel is the opposite. Yes, it does feel like you're going to pee and I would recommend getting some experience with it on your own first just in case.

Talking about kegels, I just don't feel my PC muscles. It's like I can't detect them. When I pee, i stop my urine once and push, so that's my PC muscle flex, but when not peeing I feel nothing- I push and stuff and yet i feel no effect, pain, or discomfort. Can you help me somehow????
 
Have you tried in a semi-erect state? This makes the effect on your penis more visible and so you should hopefully be able to see what you can't feel.
 
Hmm, i just tried it, i can feel them when I am erect, but when I am not erect I can say that I feel almost nothing (tension, I feel something getting flexed,but no tension), plus I tried the reverse kegels and it didn't seem to work very well. I pushed and pushed, and while I felt some tension, it was like I am trying to fart or take a sh** out. Is that what you guys feel? Is it a must to have your bowl cleaned before you do any reverse kegels. Most guys here on the forum said that it was quite a tension they felt when doing this ( kegels and reverse kegels). If you can help me with this I would get my routine pumped with literally thousands per day. And what is a good kegel routine? I mean once you flex your PC muscle, how much time you keep the tension, before you release it and start again?

I squeeze my ass cheeks together hard when doing reverse kegels. If you feel like you're going to possibly shit yourself stop and wait for it to pass. You may feel like you're going to pee also. It probably is better to rid yourself of urine and shit before you perform this exercise but is not a necessity. Just be careful and use good judgment. Be extra careful if you're doing them while having sex.
