due to the great gains I have been making, I have realised my foreskin is not long enough. During my erect work and bathmate, too much stress is being placed on the frenulum. I have never seen my skin roll so far back.

I msut say, this is an excellent problem to have. Will start doing daily stretches to loosen up this skin!
 
Hey brother, does the frenulum pull down your glans ?
Im considering frenuloplasty (getting rid of frenulum completely) to solve this.
 
not right now but it may well do If i dont start stretching mroe and keep gaining

You can get this loose as a goose using SRT Size Blasters, my favorite all in one exercise and definitely a very fast way to increase foreskin.

quick update.

spent considerable time stretching my scrotum and foreskin yesterday..... so much so I actually tore my skin . It is healing very quickly, I reckon tomorrow I can stretch again! It is vital because due to my gains, when I am erect,y my frenulum doesn't appear strong and sturdy, it looks and feels as if it will snap off. Last workout I did a few days ago, even just in clamping, I was getting a pain in my frnulum.

Therefore I aim to spend a week or so just stretching out the skin so I can resume my training and continue making gains.

In any case, this is an excellent problem to have. basically, my dick has grown much faster than my foreskin. I must now dedicate myself to solving this imbalance so that my frenulum will endure less pressure!

I was about to say, I dont see much of a problem here:)
 
That happened with me too bra I just kept training carefully, and using hydrocortisone to help my skin get through the stretching safely. It cooperates in the end

How long did it take to rectify
 
Simyan: are your stats up to date ? Or did you outgrow your foreskin with the 0.125 diference ?

My stats are maybe 1 or 2 months old. Not measuring too much with rulers and tape as it plays with the mind bit i know for sure by the way my dick feels in my hand and with condoms that I've made some significant gains.

Unfortunately any more gains or pressure (clamping, bm or vlc ) is likely to literally tear my frenulum clean off.

I will keep stretching this skin so i can resume making my gains. My logic is if my forskin is longer, less pressure will be forced upon my frenulum.

Cool, I have been watching alot of male pornstarts lately and realised the really big ones almost always have like nont-existent frenulum.
Nothing is pulling on their glans. Either by nature or by taking it off. Thats pretty much my plan and you never have to worry about tearing it.

I injured my frenulum in September using the bathmate and a sleeve i was recommended. I drewa bit of blood and was out of action for a week. It healed nicely though.

I would often get a slight pain in the BM, the pressure on my frenulum was very significant.

HOWEVER, i'm now getting sharp pains on my frenulum whilst doing clamping! I've also realised that my skin rolls much further back due to my length gains! In any case I think I will stretch my skin for a week and then see where I am. hopefully by then, my foreskin will have grown a bit easing the pressure on my frenulum.

I appreciate all the comments, I can't wait to start training properly again once i have taken care of this isssue
 
Skin stretching is necessary for continued gains with more ease. Stretching the skin is very easy and quick. I love using SRT SizeBlasters for this purpose (they do much more than this though).

Glad to hear this since I have alot of skin myself, need to fill that up with new dick gains.
I once almost considered circumsion only to find out that would be mistake and lot of guys who got cut as children try to reverse it.

I looked at the link but still don't understand how to do the exercise. are there any videos or photos demosntrating?
