SSJ but I didn't find it useful.
I like to clamp before I enter the
BM so I am already holding temp gains! Recently I have been pulling out at 5.75 temp gains no joke. This deffo works for me but I am always open to trying new things.

BM, Clamp and see how it goes. May start doing those two workouts on alternating days to vary the angle of assault
