Not yet but there is one part that you can use that is easy to do. With a full erection starting at the base slide all skin up and over the head with intensity and hold for 60 second and repeat as many times as you like. This is a very quick method to skin stretch.
 
Ive been pulling under the head and pulling down in the scrotum. Feels amazing
 
took a few days off to purely focus on stretching my foreskin.

Yesterday I did a session in the LM and did my clamping routine. Felt much more comfortable for my frenulum :) I reckon today I will be able to use my BM too!

Will keep stretching my foreskin, I'm deadly serious about achieving my girth goals!
 
I think I may have gotten some foreskin gains when I was pumping back in 2010. In any case, any gains which manifested themselves as a result of my BM usage have sure as hell been exhausted as my dick was close to tearing away from my foreskin . Seems to be getting better though
 
amazing news! Today I did my entire girth routine!

20 mins LM warm up

15 mins , then 10 mins clamping

20 mins BM

And then added cock rings and will jelq every hour till bed time.

No pain felt at all in the frenulum!

Back killing it!

Have you also ever tried doing the clamp sets inbetween rather than all sets together followed by all sets of BM ?

I mean like clamping, BM, clamping, BM, clamping, BM ? Ive seen alot of guys getting their record expansions on this stuff.

great question! Back in 2010 I was doing Bm then SSJ , BM then SSJ but I didn't find it useful.

I like to clamp before I enter the BM so I am already holding temp gains! Recently I have been pulling out at 5.75 temp gains no joke. This deffo works for me but I am always open to trying new things.

I will try BM clamp, BM, Clamp and see how it goes. May start doing those two workouts on alternating days to vary the angle of assault

clamp, BM, clamp, BM is great combo , my record expansion is +0.7 inch temp gain doing this, no fluid
 
How is the stretching with the foreskin going? Do you feel like this will help?

It has already, As I said I felt no pain in the frenulum today nor yesterday and I was even able to train in the BM and perform my complete girth routine without any pain!

How is that going? Is the Turkey Neck gone now? Have you been able to make further gains?
