saw doc today.he said that they are so benign that he recomends leaving them.and if i saw a specialist most likely not covered.he did say he could freeze them off like a wart but that would leave nasty scarring and discoloration.

attaching two pics.first is a few days ago erect and inflammed and the second pic is at the doctors today soft and normal sized papules..thoughts?

I would just let them be. They're not bad enough to stress about and there's a good chance your body will heal itself back to normal. It's good at that.

doesn't look at bad at all. have you been staring at them for months with a magnifying lens

I see absolutely no problem with your PPP, it looks to be normal to me. You are worried about nothing. I imagined you had a terrible PPP problem, these are barely noticeable.

Like the others said, they don't look bad @ all.

If I was to look at your pic w/o the title, I wouldn't even really notice them.

Have you tried apply a topical like coconut oil?

Do a search for "papules coconut oil" and see if you want to give that a try.
It's also helped a few w/ sebaceous gland problems as well.

theres nothing to worry about man. ive actually had them a little worse than that in the past and ive never heard any complaints - most wont even notice

thanks for all the input guys.yes ive been looking at them several times a day, they look the worst in the sun.but if all u say its normal looking then im very relieved, will try the tooth paste a bit longer and look intp coconut oil.will also use some cocoa butter for a stretch mark down there

yeah its fine man. its like anything that is wrong with us, once we notice it it seems so much worse in our minds. i used to have pretty bad skin, but others didnt notice nearly as much as me. its cos i was up close in the mirror, looking and analysing a few inches away from my face. when you anaylse and constantly look at something you dont like it will build up its importance and make it seem so much worse than what it is - it isnt an accurate representation of reality.

try the toothpaste again, put it on in the morning, before bed, and any other times you have time. make sure its smokers toothpaste. and hey even if it doesnt go, its not bad to begin with! look up some pics of ppp and youll see just how bad some people have it :)

I am happy you realize this now. I think many men have about the same degree of this issue as you. I have seen genuine cases of PPP that were unspeakably concerning and they definitely needed to do something about it, but you are no where near this, your penis looks just fine.

They look different in that picture. It seems that they're more behind the flare of the head correct?

There are a lot of people out there trying different shit to remedy this.
Read my above post about coconut: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...causing-my-papules-post611298.html#post611298

i see i will have to look into that.

do they look bad in that pic? how bad are they? its basically that only spot.

as u can see to notice them you have to get good light and kinda move the head to see it.

but still worried about them.its that patch that pisses me off

They look pretty much the same but with better lighting, nothing to worry on but I would suggest if your doctor is willing to remove them on insurance and that will make you feel better then do that.

Do u think any girls would notice them?

He said c02 would most likely NOT be covered by insurance. However he said he could FREEZE them off in his office like a wart. However he said that could cause scaring and discoloration.

Do you think freezing them off like a wart is a good idea or do you think the potential side effects is worse than the papules?
My doc said he can freeze them off for free like warts. But may cause discoloration and scars

Maybe have him do a small area first and see the results before you go all out. Better safe than sorry.

I seriously doubt it. Unless it's something that scraps your lips/inner mouth/tongue.

I didn't ask this earlier and I should had, are you still using the BM?
Which creams/ointments/topicals have you tried?
