if people are looking for effective training i always advise them to do the tabata. it is a result maker like nothing else!

he changed my approach 100% to training. i had so many dogmas about training. now im stronger than ever. healthier than ever. happier than ever. im not saying movement did all of this. but it was the catalyst to most of it
 
Haven't read everything here, but i saw you mentioned that your EQ drop happend after you started physical exercises again, if i understand it correct. What happend to me when i started doing heavy lifting and things my penis EQ started to suffer, because
my body was in need for more blood in the muscles i trained instead of the penis. As my penis wasn't working actively, but my muscles where. I don't know if it is only temporary and maybe you should balance it out more by keegel even more if you do any other physical workouts. But i stopped the physical work instead and my penis went back to normal eventually.

The difference in the amount of blood needed in a PE'd penis (unless maybe a monster like DLD :cool:) is negligible. I'm pretty huge and this is me saying that, it's not blood. The issue is going to be one of having enough available pre-factors for the erection process (for nitric oxide), or possibly the person doesn't realize just how intensely they're doing Girth exercises, which can temporarily mess up the cells necessary for nitric oxide production with waste by-products that need to be cleared out during sufficient recovery.

I saw some earlier recommendations for nutritionally adding Arginine. It is related during the second-stage effect of erections in the chemistry of nitric oxide production in the endothelial and epithelial cells, but any arginine you might take won't last for very long in the body before being used up or converted away into other things. If you want to increase a reserve-pool of arginine in the body, the way to do that is by taking something like Citrulline Malate 2:1 Complex (label dosage, 2x/day), which will hang out for a long time and very quickly be available for producing nitric oxide if called upon. If you're working out intensely, or more intensely than you're used to, while eating poorly .. a lack of nitric oxide components could definitely be a problem because it's used for many things and all of that can eat inroads into your available supply.

Just to add a couple more things that help with this aspect of erections I'd also recommend Maca (1 to 2 grams, 2x/day), and (sounds crazy) shelled Walnuts (1 ounce, 2x/day). Make sure you're getting enough Zinc too (a bioavailable form of it) and enough Copper to balance the Zinc because those need to be consumed in a ratio to each other.

All advice to stop ����, and masturbating to ����, and masturbating at all, is great advice .. if you're having any kind of EQ or performance issues. Someone these days can very quickly see more hot naked chicks than every single one of your ancestors, stretching all the way back to the dawn of humanity, Combined.

It's pleasant, sure, but it forms a type of 'reward' system in your body/brain that's not being represented by reality. (You're not really -with- those hot naked chicks).

That's just 'seeing' them. Add having imaginary sex "with" them and pretty soon your dopaminergic response to sex is going to be (no pun intended) screwed up. We're not built/wired to take in infinite amounts of fake reward triggers.

quite good not as hard as before i had the accident though but i thought it was because i didnt do any physical exercise for a long time due to my new job
but now i have quit the job and have started to do physical exercise again and now ... BAAAM i try to start my pe sessions again and nothing has changed
i just want to gain 0.5 of girth but this is hindering me to gain

Have you been consistently doing Kegels? Getting enough sleep? Eating well? These are things to consider.
