so a couple of months ago i started this routine wich consisted of pumping 5 minutes and the slow squash jelqs 5 minutes 3 times
and then wear an elstic cockring the rest of the day
after some time i noticed that it was harder for me to get an erection so i stopped for a while
for the past two months i did no pe at all only masturbation
yesterday i started pe again lightly only basic stretching and some jelqs

Sounds like anxiety is causing a simple issue like erection quality to become a monster. When you masturbated over the past two months how have your erections been?
 
quite good not as hard as before i had the accident though but i thought it was because i didnt do any physical exercise for a long time due to my new job
but now i have quit the job and have started to do physical exercise again and now ... BAAAM i try to start my pe sessions again and nothing has changed
i just want to gain 0.5 of girth but this is hindering me to gain
 
How old are you? Could be testosterone related. Whenever my test is normal/high I have absolutely no problems getting and keeping an erection. When its low then nothing short of Cialis will take care of it temporarily.
 
Lay off masturbation overall. Set a goal to masturbate once a month. Masturbation decreases erection quality.

If erections are strong during masturbation and not during sex it is definitely an anxiety issue. Now when you say "quite good not as hard as before" this could be due to a lack of strength in the Pelvic Floor Muscles or fatigue. I would first install a solid Kegel routine in your daily work. I also suggest you play with timing to find the perfect space between workouts that do not effect eq. You can also work on erection quality through edging.
 
the problem is that after i pe i can not get it up and thats has never happened before
and even after 2 months of no peing it hasnt changed

and it is true in this time i didnt do much physical exercise and i lost muscles
now i am getting in shape
let me clearafy i am able to get erections my dick just was dead the whole day after my jelq session and usually after a long break i feel the stretch and this time i just kind of felt it
i dont know ... gaining girth is hard af

Haven't read everything here, but i saw you mentioned that your EQ drop happend after you started physical exercises again, if i understand it correct. What happend to me when i started doing heavy lifting and things my penis EQ started to suffer, because
my body was in need for more blood in the muscles i trained instead of the penis. As my penis wasn't working actively, but my muscles where. I don't know if it is only temporary and maybe you should balance it out more by keegel even more if you do any other physical workouts. But i stopped the physical work instead and my penis went back to normal eventually.

It's two things and I know this for sure and they go hand in hand. Like aiming said, it is because your penis can hold more blood and your body isn't used to pumping that amount of blood into your penis, a suggestion for now to help would be taking L-Arginine and horny goat weed. no i said that during i havent done any physical activity in a long time and thats why i got bad eq
if i understand correctly you are saying physical work is bad
in that case i have to disagree
i have now started to exercise again, stopped ���� and it seems like i am almost back to normal
tomorrow i will start pe again and see how my dick responds
