Also it's best if the extender can do a BTC stretch, even it's just up the center, but including left and right would be amazing. This would produce huge ligament gains, which current extenders do not accomplish unless you're using the phallosan mod.

I thought about putting ball bearings in the base rods to allow for swivel type positions. This would allow for many angles not available now. I think SizeGenetics keeps these ideas in mind when they make modifications to the extender. The cool thing is we are the official SizeGenetics forum so they are listening to our feedback.

True and it is rare that we don't take a tool and make it better through modifications. Sometimes designers are not thinking of all the possibilities when they create a design, that is where we come in, things like the 16 way comfort system, the VLC attachment, BathMate Hardcore Stretches just to name a few.

The phallosan has the best head attachment of any extender from what I can tell. It's got soft squishy silicone that surrounds the whole glans instead of cinching it down behind the glans with a strap or noose, cutting off circulation. I just don't like the belt part of the phallosan and having the penis angled to the side the whole time. I would rather have a traditional extender that goes either up, down, straight out, or like Dld is saying, left to right, essentially making it 360°

This may seem really vague but I am at work so deal with it lol.

An extender that:

I can switch easily from passive to active stretching at any time. . .

I can wear all day with no hassle. . .

And I can easily piss from. . .

That would be a great addition to SRT being able to switch from passive to active. I also thought about an extender with a third arm to assist in correction of a curve. A swivel base would be awesome to so we could do budge stretching in the extender.

The SizeGenetics can be mounted on your penis at any one of the 1/360 degrees aforementioned. SG also has spring loaded threaded rods. To switch from passive to active stretching would require an additional 'S' ring that can be slipped in and taken out at anytime to change the stretch from less intense to more intense stretching. The SG can already do that if you use the Step-Up Method for SG/VLC combo which link can be found below in my signature.

So it sounds like MoS should just buy SizeGenetics and change the name to 'MattersofSize' :cool:

Oops i should have said fully threaded rods.

Spring loaded screws were something I wanted on the LengthMaster but we could not find any that would do this job, if you have ideas that would be great but I have not found anything even close.

I can imagine all the efforts yourself and Lightning (may he continue to rest in peace) invested into giving us the Silistrecher. You both have been nursing the idea and working towards it for many years.

I'm glad the Silistrecher is a super success story.
