Hi, everybody here on MOS. I've found this free forum very interesting.

Let me please introduce myself and my Penis Enlargement history.

I've been come up with Penis Enlargement for almost 1 year, but my effective workout has taken 8 months.

I started with a 7.5" x 5" penis, and now I'm about 8.6" x 5.5". Every lenght measurement has been taken Not Bone Pressing.

My starting routine was very similar to DLD's, but now it just evolves into something new, with exercises created by me. My final goal is 11" (NBP) x 8", and I hope my gains will run quite fast. I'm not interested in hanging, nor in Penis Enlargement pills, but just in rude and muscolar MANUAL WORK.

I wish I can find here guys for sharing personal Penis Enlargement experience.

No way you'll ever get to 8" of girth unless you pump like a madman, sorry.
 
ya, you will literally do what your name says, and I think that hurts em ladies. But you got great gains for the time you spent. Nice. I figured that only a small percentage of women can handle 11 inches...buut...women like to talk, and then your name goes around, they get curious, and want to find out perhaps. Even though with an 11 incher you can probably only put it in about 7 or so inches in. The positive side, positions are endless..

Whoa, do ya really think I have to pump my penis like a tyre to get 8"? I still haven't done any specific exercise for girth. Just stretching (all kind of stretching) and a very little bit of jelq, max 300-400 strikes.
However I've heard that penis pump gains are just temporary, aren't they?

It’s hard for me to explain. I’m pretty new to Penis Enlargement, but I write on a italian forum, where I’m moderator. I like to help people who got problem to make gains, but I have a very personal way to approach Penis Enlargement. I work just 4 days a week, for less than hour . And I will go on this way, because I can’t waste my time. I made my gain not just from stretch, but with extreme serenity, and very sexually exposing to exercise. I REALLY wanted my penis to grow up, and I don’t need anything like pumps, hangers, I need just my hands, my muscles and my legs... And I’m sure I’ll reach my goal.

03-09-07 - I've been practicing Penis Enlargement for about 1 month, but not very constantly and sometimes not very well, until I understand how to jelq well. Despite of this I gained 1/4". My last measurement (Not Bone Pressing Erect Lenght) was about 7' 3/4".
10-14-07
- 8.5 inches long (NBP) with 5.6 in girth

If you keep going at that rate you will reach your 11x8(inch) in another 15 months (Mar.2009). Also, a penis of that size, you will have to register as a lethal weapon.

I had one in an ol' IH Scout about a century ago and the concept of a tape THAT NEVER STOPPenis EnlargementD !! it was like fukkin' magic!

Yeah, I'll try. But keep in mind that I'm not a guru like you.... So these execises could be already been used or tried by someone else, maybe by you!

When I realized my normal stretching wasn't efficient anymore, I've tried everything to make it more and more efficient. After a lot of experiment on myself, I've found a strenghtening method for each direction.

-For the downward stretch, e.g. down-right stretch, I raise up the left leg, and lean the correspondent foot on the basin, or anywhere else could be a high step, that should be in front of me. Then I stretch, using palm down grip, and the strenght of my work has got increased a lot. Viceversa for down-left direction. This for a simple physical principle.
For direction down-center, I stretch with one hand with palm-up grip and then, with the other hand, I push with the thumb, on the "inverted V shaped" skin zone that the stretch itself has created. I push in many different points on that zone, during each set of stretching, to spread the force into all possibile ways on the upper ligaments.

-For direction middle-center, I use two hands in this specific manner: the elbows bostler on the body, and the hands grab the penis at mid-shaft, with a "two palms-joined" grip. Then I cross the fingers each other, and here it is the grip. Is a very strong grip, and allows very strong stretches.

-For upward direction, situation is a bit complicated. I hope you'll understand everything. For up-right direction, just like downwards, I raise up the opposite leg, therefore the left one, and I lean the foot on a chair in front of me. Then I stretch up, with a grip quite low, maybe just above testicles, until I felt the tunica burning. The I do kegels. I do kegels as much as the entire stretching lasts. So, 40 sec-> 40 kegels.
This, as you can easily comprehend, is useful because of the tugback effect of the kegels, that countrasts stretching vector.


Here it is. Besides, I'm doing a lot of two-way stretch, bundled stretch, V-stretch, A-stretch, and even your sock stretches, DLD, I found 'em very interesting.
For the jelq I use to kegel a lot during every milking. About 3 kegels during each strike.

Let me know what do you think about what I've just written.

interesting techniques u got going for ya. as long as the stretches are intense, length gains are highly probable. good stuff man.

I hated the 8-track player. The concept was great for certain uses, it's potential use for the public consumer was weak and thats why it died out.

That is some routine!! You seem to have covered all angles. I like the idea of using your legs and arms to add leverage to your stretching. Keep it up!! You're on your way to a real monster.
