Rocked the newbie routine and girthblasters for the first time. Holy crap that was awesome. Little bit of frankindick but should be gone by morning. This is my first REAL goround with Penis Enlargement and so far it's great. I'm totally hooked!! Can't wait to measure in a few weeks.

Fluid retention question. I started the newbie routine and girth blasters this week and I'm experiencing pretty heavy fluid retention on the underside excess skin just below penis head. Going to step back to 5 min SSJ rather 10 between Bathmate sets.

Am I doing something wrong and does anybody have a remedy for getting retention down? It's gone by morning but would rather not have it happen. Some fluid retention is all good but this thing almost looks like a bubble (not quite) or something.

Going to 5 and 5 will remedy this issue.

Really? I would have thought the opposite! You are saying that the decrease in SSJ's is actually bringing better expansion?
 
No, it's decreasing fluid retention.

My routine has been hot water/towel warmup for 5 min, 10 min Bathmate, 10 min reg jelq, 5 min SSJ. I do 3 sets and then 5-10 min with hot water to towel. I'm monitoring FR during sets and dial back SSJ if needed. I like the expansion and it doesn't make my dick look goofy. So far so good. My first measurement in a month is next Monday. We'll see how it's worked!
