My routine has been hot water/towel warmup for 5 min, 10 min
Bathmate, 10 min reg jelq, 5 min
SSJ. I do 3 sets and then 5-10 min with hot water to towel. I'm monitoring FR during sets and dial back
SSJ if needed. I like the expansion and it doesn't make my dick look goofy. So far so good. My first measurement in a month is next Monday. We'll see how it's worked!
