Hey all,

i'm about to recieve the Hydromax X40! When i first started reading about it it was real "pumped", but now that i read allot of threads here in the forum im kinda hessitant to even begin using this thing.

I see stuff like: red dots, discoloring and even a massive blister :O
I'm pretty OK with my size.. although more is always better offcourse :p.. but i dont wanna have to deal with blisters on my dick.
If this X40 has like 35% more suction/pressure am i prone to having complicants?

Since i have done no Penis Enlargement at all before.. what would be the best way to start out?
Maybe i should start out with like 2min sessions? instead of the 5min ones?

Also would i damage my dick faster if i go in while erect opposed to flacid? (how does one stay flacid when ur about to play with the Bathmate?)

Thanks so much for all this info guys.. if i didn't stumble upon this forum and would have gone in for like 15-20min right away.. i think i would have damaged myself (why do they recommend those times?)

Awesome! I got mine today :p

Now all i need is same vaseline right? for the Super Saiyan Jelqs ;) and to minimize change of blisters etc.

Just dont pump up to the max pressure right away and you will be fine. Start off slow!!

You watch the pressure using the gauge sticker on the Hydromax X40. One side is inches while the other is centimeters.

I saw that yea.. how is inches/centimeters giving me the pressure? Is there like a chart somewhere? that says if your are X lenght out of the pump then X length in the pump is max pressure?

Not at all, it is just a measurement to keep track loosely, to get true dimension measure with a ruler and tailors tape.

This is my first full week with new Hydromax. First Penis Enlargement tool and I'm excited about it. Maybe too excited but we'll see. Doing 10 min jelq, 10 min Bathmate, 10 min jelq and another 10 min Bathmate. Does this sound ok?

You will feel actual pain and not just discomfort when using the Bathmate. Overuse could cause burst capillaries or thrombosed veins. Just go by feel and if it seems alright it probably is, but if you feel you may be pressing it too hard too soon, you should back up on the training a little bit. Happy tugging and pumping!:)

So far so good. No ill affects from the Bathmate so far. I did read a tip on using a hair band or something's for the boys. Definitely can tell when they start to get drawn into the chamber. That's a little uncomfortable but easy adjustment to fix. I measured at the first of the week and will wait until next week to do so again. I'll post results as they come.

Thanks for the help guys!

You should only measure once a month. Gains come slow but steady. If you measure every week you are building yourself up for a letdown. With monthly checking you will see actual measurable gains and feel good about your progress.:)

Thats very true. If you have to check, as I always did:), check your flaccid, stretched, bone-pressed measurement as this is always showing gains!

Once a month…I can live with that. Do any of you have exercise recommendations for increasing head size?

Ok maybe i should rephrase.

I know that there are cm and inches on the Bathmate. I know that these are merely indicators, but how do i know what the max pressure is?
Thats why i asked for a chart. There could be a rule of thumb like if you are X length out of the Bathmate and you pump yourself till X length inside the Bathmate you have achieved max pressure.

The whole reason i wanted to know this is because somewhere in the start of the thread someone said.. maybe don't go max pressure the first time :)
I'm assuming this is pumping till no more water comes out, but if there was another way of gauging the pressure.. like some airpumps have.. i was wondering how you would know.

TLDR;

Just making sure if there is another way of telling max pressure :D

I wish there was a gage that would determine this, and it may be something we see in the future, but for now it is only the measurements on the tube and intuition:)

HA...I love this thing. So I took the weekend off after a pretty aggressive first week. My wife doesn't know that I'm doing this but she made a comment this weekend that was great for my ego. I wear boxer briefs and she mentioned that I looked "bulky" down there. I couldn't believe it! I was totally limp but have already noticed girth gains. Probably just beginners swelling or something We'll see how I measure after week one.

I have question though. When is it best to measure flaccid? I ask because it seems to have about 50 stages of limpness. I also see a ton of acronyms on the forums when it comes to measuring. I get BPenis EnlargementL but can anybody clue me in on some of the others?

Great to hear about your gains! Those "small words" from someone can really mean a lot! Congratulations and keep on pumping! (And humping.)

The acronyms: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?68993-Matters-of-Size-Acronyms Have a nice day!

Specially Humping:)

Couple of questions. I'm going to do the DLD newbie routine and was curious about the stretching.

Are they all done flacid?

Do behind the cheek mean your reach around behind and stretch down and around cheek?

Could you explain the cranks?

I'll continue to look through the other forums but couldn't find a description of cranks or stretches.

Thank you

Yep, newbie stretches are all done flaccid where you pull from the penis head. Behind the cheeks means you pull your dick back between your legs and pull. The cranks are literally just like stirring a pot. Grab the head and crank in a circular motion. I go half of the set one direction then the other half the other direction.

You'll need baby powder for the stretches. Skimping on baby powder will bring a lot of frustration and slipping.
