Hey guys.
I'm new to Penis Enlargement'ing, and this forum :)
I have a couple questions..

1. A lot of exercises require a flaccid penis, well mine goes hard after about 5 seconds of doing the exercise :(:( How can I fix this?
2. With kegels, is your stomach supposed to draw in?

My stomach doesn't move. Your penis should pull in or anus contract. You could always do your jelquing exercises first. This may fatique the penis enough to prevent erections. You could always have an orgasm...
 
Your stomach may contract while doing kegel exercises but it does not have to...with some guys it just happens but the muscle groups are separate. Just keep it simple, stop the flow of urine while you are peeing, this is the proper contraction.

My suggestion on the erection issue is simple, do your girth work first, ejaculate and then proceed to do length work.

I learned these movement through peeing:) I would just push my urine and make the association with "the kegel" and then I would stop the flow of urine and associate that with "reverse kegel." Eventually it became very easy to isolate and find these movements. Hope that helps.

Alright thankyou very much! I have found this to be very effective.
Another question
When I jelq, like before, my penis goes into a full erection, passed the 80%. What are the effects of this? And can it be fixed?
 
I jelq at whatever level my penis wants to be. I've had the best results from clamped jelqing which is at 110% erect so just let er be.

getting hard goes away with time. i used to have the same problem, but a few months later that all ended. i can't remember the last time i've had a full erection from stretching (without ����)
 
You are just green :) As you learn to control your PC muscles better you'll probably manage to isolate them from your stomach and a****** muscles. As you do more and more jelqs and stretches you'll inevitably lose sensitivity and the hard-ons during workouts will stop. In fact after 4 months of doing Penis Enlargement I had a hard time staying above 70-80% erect when jelqing, which is I guess why quite a few people use a cock ring for jelqs.

My foreskin is extremely tight, and my head is sensitive. I find it difficult and painful to roll the foreskin back.. I'm not quite sure what to do about this?

Is this the wrong way around or have I been reverse kegeling my life away for no reason? Isnt pushing urine reverse kegel and stopping urine regular kegel?

I'm going to be pissed if I've been reverse kegeling instead of kegeling... or... kegeling instead of reverse kegeling? I dont know anymore. :-/

Well
All my problems have been fixed.
After a few days of the stretching my penis got the message and remained flaccid.
In jelqing now it stays at around 80% erect.
Just by doing the exercises my foreskin is already much, much looser.
I'm getting used to the kegal exercises..

1. With the basic stretching, I hold below the head with the OK grip. But it's like i'm completely squashing the head, it hurts. Like I can deal with it but i'm not sure it's supposed to happen like that.. The head goes red and purple. Is this natural?
2. My foreskin was tight... Now it's much looser, which is good, but it's like majorly expanded, and looks way too big for the head. After just like 4 days. I don't think this is a good thing?

Completely normal and it will not hurt anything. When you squeeze any part of your body this will happen.

Loose skin is good as it shows growth.

Aha sorry as i've gone on more questions have emerged.
1. What does "Behind the cheeks" mean in the basic stretching?
2. With the rotary stretches, whats the difference between Straight down rotary, straight out rotary and straight up rotary?

I know what the 2nd one is but not good enough to give you a proper answer... However, behind the cheeks or BTC is simply what it sounds like. Reach behind your ass then grab your dick and pull it back behind you... - behind the cheeks
